A man has fallen to his death in Metro City. Mysterious circumstances. Luckily, hardcore detective Jason Maxx is on the case. The city is dark, the suspects are weirdos, and the graphics party like it’s 1999. Explore, interrogate. Can Jason solve the mystery, even when absurdity takes over?

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Tenía no sé cuánto tiempo sin reírme con un videojuego, y aquí lo difícil fue dejacer de hacerlo. Qué complicado es hacer comedia, pero qué gratificante cuando sale así de bien.
I will not bore you with the details. i failed the second trial, but i found love, met God and became mildly addicted to oppium. Now I've cracked it. I cracked it hard.
Jason Maxx is a dark, gritty, thrilling story with multiple charming beats. While the game's rough spots sometimes mirror the roughness of the setting and characters, it is incredibly rewarding to see the story through to the end. There are a multitude of references that show the level of care and passion that was put into this game, and I highly recommend giving this game your time to play through. The Dev team for this game are wonderful and helpful, and I look forward to hearing more from them in the future with new releases.

very comedic and worth the cash if you would like parodies of detective and Max Payne games. only wish it wasn't so easy to lock you out of all other interactions because the one you chose instantly ended it like with Jason's mom (or atleast mention if an option is going to end the whole interaction). but that's a little on me for not saving before messing with things.
buenísimo. lisa y llanamente. comentarios de humor sublime. secuencias arbitrarias peposas. estética ampliamente placentera. lo amo. quiero más casos para antes de ayer
It is meant for people with a very specific sense of humor. I unfortunately am not one of them. If the humor doesn't land, there really isn't much going for this game. The gameplay is rather boring and the game takes less than 2 hours to beat.

I loved it. Dumb, silly jokes. A late 90s early 2000s edgy vibe. Kind of chill little mystery. Lots of dialogue and flavour text that's all written with love. It's one where you're happy to go though the collectables and read all the descriptions because they're unique funny ones that don't repeat things you've already encountered when collecting them. The kooky characters. The unadulterated cigarette butts and personal issues. The spot on parody and graphics. All good stuff.
