I quite enjoyed the atmosphere and the aesthetic of this one. Usin' the WIndows 95 look is quite the noice choice. The fact that a star that reminds me of the Windows XP paperclip was guidin us thru the game is hilarious. I like that the logs were voiced. The puzzles didn't make want to pull my hair out. I'm still not sure if I beat the game or not since all I got was a black screen with a quit button that didn't work lol. Not bad for the price of FREE.

I really liked IVRI, I really loved the blast to the past aspect of the whole game! I would definitely recommend IVRI to someone who wants a quick sit down gaming session. The voice actors for all the parts were all amazing and really well planed out, each recording log I picked up made the game get more and more horror like. (Which was pretty fun!) I did find some Easter eggs or secrets in the game, there is one part where you are in the war room and you see a light blinking, I do believe that it could be Morse code. (So if anyone does choose to play the game more than I did, please tell me how to decipher it.) I do have to say that there may have been a bug with my screen size. I use a ultra wide monitor and it did cut off some of the stuff on my screen. I got to the main power plant room and then my screen faded to black, if this was the end it could have been more clear. Another thing to point out that I really liked was that it felt like someone was watching you the whole time. I would look at the cameras and they would always be pointed at me. I also liked the fact that the more you fixed the terminals the world would change around me, it gives you a scary feel to the game. The only thing I would add would be to force a 1920 x 1080 for the game resolution so that I could see more of the HUD and progress more into the game. In the end I would give this game a 9/10, I really liked the aspect of the geometric 3D shapes and the old computer style of the game. Do I think the story could be improved on? Yeah, I do but for the game it is I enjoyed it a lot!
For what is was, I really enjoyed IVRI. The game itself is quite short but sweet. The puzzles aren't hard at all, but they are fun to complete. I was surprised that the audio logs were fully voiced. They each provided a lot to the atmosphere and immersion of the game itself. For once I can actually praise the audio mixing in one of these as well. The ambient music is great and doesn't drown out the audio logs. Even without a settings menu, I never felt like I needed to adjust anything. I only really have two main issues with the game at the moment. The ending feels... broken? I won't spoil it but what you get doesn't feel right and you can't quit the game without forcing it through alt+f4, steam, or task manager. My other issue is the lack of accessibility options, more specifically subtitles. I personally didn't have any issues with it, but I'm surprised there were none considering how much speaking is done in the audio logs. Other than those two things, I have no problems with IVRI. This one is a definite recommend for the few moments you spend with it. Definitely check it out if you want to dive into a short story about a ship lost in space.
It's clear that this is a very amateur project. I had decent hopes for it as I progressed as it did keep my interest, but then it just... ended. Sanity bar was entirely useless, you need to sprint a single time the entire game, the story is nonsense (I collected all 9 tapes and it still made absolutely no sense), and the ending was disappointing to say the least. I honestly thought I would've recommended this when I started it, but after reaching the ending, it really does feel like I just wasted 25 minutes of my life. The game simply had no substance or meaning behind it, and overall was a huge disappointment. Not recommended.
A lovely little game. I enjoyed the atmosphere and could tell that a lot of work went into it. Would recommend to anyone, especially as its free!
IVRI, ürkütücü, terk edilmiş bir uzay istasyonunda gezindiğiniz, kayıp mürettebatın bulmacasını bir araya getirdiğiniz ve geminin duvarları içinde saklı sırları ortaya çıkardığınız bir uzay istasyonu keşif oyunudur.
good game even if the ball monster wasn't scary the sound design made me tense regardless
No real use for the stamina. No real use seen for the sanity bar. No save feature or options to change volume. Ending was a blank screen and Quit button didn't even work. Graphics are meh. Plot is... I have no idea. The tapes you find don't really clarify this. Not really worth the effort to finish. Rating: 3/10
