About
The full version of IT HAS MY FACE is officially out!
Face this collapsing world head-on and determine who survives it. This final release brings a lot of new content, including the long awaited final two chapters that complete the story, as well as two brand‑new multiplayer modes supporting up to 8 players. You’ll also find new maps, mutators, and monstrous behaviours that will make each round more thrilling than the last.
IT HAS YOUR FACE. Now it wants your life. Hide, seek, and try to kill your clone in this deceptively simple first-person horror roguelite.

Your clone is hiding among the crowd, ready to kill you when you’re most vulnerable. Endure procedural paranoia as you search to find your doppelganger before they find you.

Scavenge for weapons, manage limited ammo, and prepare carefully to strike. If your assassination fails, you’ll lose the opportunity to stalk from the shadows.

As you progress, you’ll gain a greater understanding of your cursed fate and reveal terrifying new threats.

Roguelite elements offer upgrades and improvements, giving you greater flexibility to endure increasingly complex challenges.

In multiplayer, step into the chaos with up to eight players who all share the same face. Compete in teams or go solo as you try to figure out who’s who before it’s too late.

I absolutely love this game. Ever since playing the recent hitman trilogy's Berlin mission, where assassins are after you, and you have to find them and identify them first. This game is that, but with a horror vibe of aliens sending clones to kill the original, and its awesome. The game is setup as like a semi rogue like, which I normally don't play. Progress between story chapters is done via a bar that fills up with each completed level, filling up more with depending on how you complete the level. There is also a marker on the bar that is basically your reset point and it also moves further along the bar with each mission. If you die, you go back to this spot, so you get punished for failure, but its not as punishing as other rogue likes. During a chapter, modifiers also come into play which can make things challenging or chaotic. Such as more cops, but a gang of convicts roaming the map, causing a large brawl between them to happen. The game is seriously fun, and any gripes I have mainly come from after I beat the game. I desperately want a sandbox mode to play since some modifiers I rarely got to play despite them being interesting (such as an innocent twin of you as well as a clone trying to kill you), or a new game plus mode so I don't lose all of my upgrades upon starting a campaign run. My favourite chapter is 6, since clones have their upgrades as well as other npc's having their clones hunting them, causing bits of chaos that could escalate. There is multiplayer, but I never got around to trying it. I can imagine it being pretty fun though. If you want a great indie game focused on cat and mouse style gameplay with a tense horror vibe, try this games demo!
This game is super interesting. the best way to sum it up is its a rogue like with a story. It has a very nice difficultly curve were at first it feels really easy especially when you understand what your looking for but over time they add more and more you have to think about what increase the difficulty in a healthy way. I personal love the art style and I really like this game overall I do think its a little expensive for the amount of content but its definitely a fun experience that I would recommend trying.
Highkey Amazing (amazing is a understatement)
Unique and Decent
It Has My Face is a game where you need to find the person who looks like you in a City and kill them. The gameplay loop is that simple, you have a mirror, you know what you look like, kill the person that looks like you. There is a lab to get upgrades for the different weapons you'll find as well as just general improvements that can be made so that you can face off against tougher clones. For me, although the gameplay was good but did get a little frustrating near the end, I thought the story was actually quite fun. The whole premise of clones and identity, the paranoia in the City of who is a clone and who isn't. The storytelling done through some of the characters as well as the diaries you find on the ground, they're worth reading, I thought was very well executed. It has that strange weirdness to it, like a cross between cosmic horror and a China Miéville novel. The game isn't long, at least the story isn't, and there are other game modes once you complete the game but I think it's a one and done for me. I did enjoy my short stay with this game and will likely keep an eye on what the developer(s) do next. 7/10 - Deducted points only for the ending sequence and some of the maddeningly frustrating modifiers.
Думал что это слоп игра, а оказалась интересная сюжетка

"Excuse me, why do you look like me?" "I don't look like you, You look like me! Why do you look like me?"
Задумка классная, но как-то не затягивает
