About
Islets Defense is a turn-based tower defense game focused on resource management in which you build a small and efficient village to support your towers and secure victory.

A turn consists of executing one of the four available actions, each with its own unique functionality. The order of the cards plays a key role, with the rightmost card offering a stronger effect. After completing your turn, the chosen card moves to the leftmost position, pushing the others one step forward. Consistent and efficient use of all four cards is key to building a solid defense.

Allocate your towers in strategic positions, sustain them with food, upgrade them with wood and stone, and ensure a strong defense against the slimes. Chests and stage modifiers will offer new strategic opportunities, with unique towers and various upgrades to explore.

Each building has different upgrade options for you to choose from. Build the most efficient village by making smart decisions that synergize with your positioning strategy!

The mist has covered your entire kingdom! You start the game with an unexplored map, ready to be revealed! Use the exploration action to reach new resources, gain visibility for your attack towers, and discover hidden treasures!

Advance through stages, complete challenges, and earn diamonds and feathers to unlock and face different biomes! Just completed this on the default mode, had to restart 4 or 5 times throughout its not very challenging (hence the family friendly tag) but can catch you off guard, It wasn't very long 10.6 hours for me taking my time prob afk'd for an hour or so too, but obviously has replay-ability doing the achieves/challenges and hardcore modes etc And im sure i missed out on stuff, such as towers i never built/used. I picked this up for £2, at that its an enjoyable fun little game, i wouldn't say £8.50 is extortionate however its not great either. I'd say somewhere between the £2-£8.50 price range is right so i'd recommend picking it up on sale after trying the demo to see if its for you (easy to pick up game). Its a cute enough and fun game, not fully tower def focused. It has resource management and positioning puzzle like discovery mechanics and new levels/zones add new things to deal with a new challenge each level. There's only one type of enemy unfortunately, though they do hide under water on some maps, come from different spawn locations. So its a fairly basic/minimal that's easy to pick up fast but done well and fun enough to come back to for a few levels at a time or blow through it in 10 hours.
