Fishing game with a very simple mechanics. You start with a fishing net after an hour you have enough cash to buy all the equipment (2 rod types, 1 rod upgrade and magnets) Then it's just few more hours trying your luck to catch all the species. I had mixed feelings here. It was nice and cozy, the review might have been positive if not for a broken default inputs configuration. Thank Gabe we have Steam Input, otherwise the game would be unplayable with a controller after getting Fly Fishing Rod.

Got it for free and it still felt a bit pricy :/ But free is free... Right?

A nice little fishing game that is very chilled and was worth the few dollars I paid for it. I probably would have finished it much faster had I read one of the guides but I was most of the way there. I ended with 2800 money at the end which I guess suggests I caucht more fish than needed by some way. The fishing mechanics are a mixed bag but far from bad just not as simulator as some other muchlarger games. If there were a squal I think I would buy it but I would suggest maybe offering diving and photography or other mechanics to keep things interesting. Maybe offer some other progression options to unlock. I didn't mind the collection part of the game but I wish it offered more of a prize for completing it. This game should run well on about any hardware as I fully completed it on my AYN Thor using GameNative on Android and I could get a solid 60fps at 720p low. Higher quality settings are possible but use I chose lower to get more battery life / less fan noise. So I would suggest buying this is you enjoy cozy fishing games that are completable in a weekend especially if you get it on sale.
