I really wanted to like this game, because I enjoy Remtairy's work in general, and, to be fair, the game does have some fine qualities. I will not, however, be playing this game a second time... which means that a little less than 14 hours is all I'll be getting out of this game--take that how you will. TL;DR: Combat is okay, smut is good, quests are mostly fetch quests and involve a LOT of walking around. I really didn't like the quests. Let's talk specifics (MILD SPOILERS AHEAD). The combat is somewhat typical RPG faire: five characters and one to four monsters stand in various formations taking turns beating the snot out of each other, in a dance as old as 1980s video game RPGs. The party formations might be fun to play with, for some... but I found that I preferred the traditional three meatshields in front of two glass cannons/casters, and that worked for pretty-much the entire game. I did feel like I saw the same ten wandering monsters in every dungeon except the last, where suddenly we had a whole different set of monsters. Seriously, people, there was more sprite variety in the original Final Fantasy (yes, the 8-bit masterpiece on the NES). The smut is... good. Not great, but they do give you a half-dozen or so H-scenes per female character, give or take, along with the option to engage each character in an interactive style of choose-your-own-smut which reminds me of the old strip-and-screw games from fifteen years ago. The girls are hot, if you like... extensive "plots." Seekers of "justice" should seek elsewhere. The initial flirtation with the girls is great, although I have to wonder what sort of kingdoms churn out princesses willing to join a prince's harem. That's not how alliances are formed; that's how wars are started. Finally, let's talk about *sigh* the quests. Seriously, 95% of the time you're not watching the H-scenes (and before you can get to the H-scenes), you're running around doing fetch quests for everyone, and I mean EVERYONE in the game, whether it's looking for someone's lost panties, clearing out a rat nest, or gathering individual flowers for a bouquet. Yes, the game sent me to multiple unspecified locations to find seven flowers on the ground. Yes, this was a quest. And I completed it because I'm OCD with my games. It gave me neither pride nor joy. And to make matters worst, the game will actively prevent you from finishing two quests at once. Two concurrent quest goals were within approximately 20 paces of each other (one of them involves proof of bravery), and reaching the first goal resulted in being TELEPORTED BACK TO TOWN. It's just a middle finger to those of us that value efficient adventuring, and quests like that are why I'm not playing this game through again. To sum up, people who enjoyed Melty's Quest should manage their expectations where this game is concerned. There's less porn, less game, less art, and more... quest filler. I'm not going to ask for my money back--I don't think people should get to enjoy (somewhat) something for 14 hours and then ask for their money back. Besides, I'm doing my part to keep Remtairy doing what they do--bringing me hentai games. Keep supporting Remtairy, people, and remember that even good companies will occasionally mess up. Manage your expectations.
"Juicy RPG For The Pure Big Boob Lovers! ヽ(=´▽`=)ノ"

[1] Intro
Welcome to ISLAND SAGA! It's a JRPG full of love for big boobs by Kamichichi(神乳), as it is inferred from the developer circle name(kamichichi). It means that 'kami = God, chichi = boobs', so it is a lovely game that spreads the charm of big breasts widely. This time it's published globally by Remtairy that is well known as Meltys Quest.
[2] Game Experience
Island SAGA, you enjoy a lovey-dovey adventure that unfolds on the island called Valentine where gold and silver treasures rests. There are 4 busty heroines for you. These girls have different goals at first, but eventually become your harem member. Especially, to find for the fabled treasure of love known as the Love Rheid, you need a strong relationship with them. Storytelling is very exciting and keeps the basics well. The game mood is hopeful, humorous, and full of love. The RPG system seems to be inspired by a fairly famous classic series. Overall, it's pretty interesting. Of course, it's a bit awkward to express it well with the limitations of the game engine, but it's not bad. Most tutorials and guides are nicely introduced, but some of the battle system parts are somewhat lacking. However, since the volume of game content is quite rich, as you gradually get used to the game, it will not be the problem anymore. Above all, the biggest main points in this game are events with your 4 busty party members. Battles and conversations are partially voiced, hot scenes are fully voiced. Especially hot events have moving animations, which are very sensual and beautiful. To experience them, you need to download an external patch from their official site and apply it to the game. The game experience is pretty good and will be worth more than the price. This is a pretty interesting anime RPG. The story plots are smooth, and the events are hot. The character design is very beautiful, and each of them has its own unique charms. Animation scenes in particular are quite impressive, and great voice acting supports them. It's a bit uncomfortable to have to apply an external patch in order to experience the full content, but we understand each other and know why we have no choice but to do so. Excluding those, this game will definitely be one of the notable anime character games released this year. You don't have to hesitate anymore. Let's jump into the lovely harem adventure! Highly Recommended! https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2102066574
Side Note

Looking for nice anime games? Let's take a look with Nyanco-chan! Island Saga, is an H-game about a prince and 4 very well-developed women who are in love with the Prince. These 5 individuals are tasked to go and retrieve a relic that will help the MC choose who he will marry. Now, allow me to talk about the game here. If you want the patch it is right here. Gameplay. The gameplay focuses on 5 characters who can equip and use any type of magic. Now, I didn't stick with NORMAL difficulty as when I went to fight the Rat King, I saw how much damage I was doing and how much he did to me and realized that I was in danger. So I lowered the difficulty to Super Easy and decided there is more in life instead of challenging myself. Now allow me to talk about something that I found personally weird, which is that your characters do not actually lvl up within the game. After a certain amount of battles or turns or wtvr a character or all of them will have a specific stat or some stats and sometimes an equipment or magic lvl up if they used that equipment or magic enough. Which is weird because it gave me some serious FF 2 vibes, but that is okay because you don't have to have your characters get hurt in order to raise like vitality or hp. Other things to note gameplay wise is that chests do respawn unopened after awhile, which is nice. So if you are having trouble in something and you can't buy good equipment, then farm chests and hope for the best. You could get some choice stuff from it. Also did I mention that the protag looks like your typical hentai protag, which means he is Alpha as all ♥♥♥♥. He also barely talks, which comes off as relatable for some people if they barely talk. H-Scenes Honestly really is to get, as the H-scenes are rather straightforward and require no true galaxy size brain to acquire them. If you do feel like you are going to have trouble getting them all, then do check the game's folder as their is a hint for getting the town events. As for quest h-scenes, if you are lost then go talk to the cat near the guild hall. He will help give you some direction, or check the flowchart in the menu screen. But the H-scenes themselves are rather nice as they are all animated to a decent extent and are also fully voiced. Another note which is a spoiler btw.
The true ending is rather nice as I am sucker to harem endings. How does the harem ending go about you may ask, well allow me to sum it up. You go to a mountain to meet some fairies, go to the future a little bit, kill this robot, go out and talk to Titania and tell her you did it, leave, and then talk to the Goddess of Love where she basically tells you you got the Beheliet and can do Griffith's life long dream happen. That's right! Kill all guys in the world and make yourself the sole male which allows every girls to want to ♥♥♥♥ you. Or you can reject your humanity and stick with the same 4 girls you had on your journey and have an orgy with them in heaven for basically eternity from what I am seeing here. Use the beheliet to accomplish Griffith's Dream or Fill my heart up with 4 girls who will love me for who I am?
Would I recommend the game? Yes, yes I would. Why would I recommend it? Because I am a simple man who is also a man of culture. So in short, I would recommend it buying it. Also on a side-note if you are having trouble at any point I would recommend checking their discord. I give this a Beheliet/10
QUICK FACTS
Type: H-RPG Developer: Kamichichi Publisher: Remtairy Price: €16,79 Est. playtime: 10-? hours Censorship: yes (patch available at publisher’s website)
THE GAME
MECHANICS Classic RPG-Maker gameplay. Island Saga is a traditional RPG, relying heavily on dungeon exploration and turn-based combat. It sports an impressive set of items, skills and combat formations, which you’ll actually need to use effectively in order to beat the game on normal or harder difficulty. Combat is fast-paced, typically lasting 2-3 rounds at most. While you can avoid most random monsters, they respawn very fast, which can make navigating dungeon a bit of a hassle. Also worth noting: defeat in combat immediately leads to a game over. Controls: keyboard and mouse STORY You play as the son (name of your own choice) of King Gultel, ruler of the Gultel kingdom. At the start of the game, your parents reach out to the neighboring kingdom of Bal to see if their princess Iris is willing to marry you. Iris decides she wants to see first if you’ve got the making of a king. Together with your parents, she makes up an excuse to go adventuring with you on a monster-infested island. However, right after the both of you leave, three other princesses from nearby kingdoms decide they want to get in on the competition. Soon thereafter, you find yourself in an adventuring party with four princesses, looking for a mysterious artifact. The story is light-hearted and quite shallow. The plot mainly consists of about 50 largely unrelated quests (‘find a cat’, ‘fix the floor of the restaurant’, ‘clear the plains of monsters’, that sort of thing). In nearly all cases, solving these quests requires you to go into a dungeon and kill a bunch of monsters. I suppose that once you clear enough of these quests, you’ll get some progression in the main storyline too. But I can’t tell you about that, as I didn’t actually complete the game. QUALITY As a game, Island Saga has quite a few things going for it. The combat system is reasonably fleshed out, it plays smoothly and there’s more content than in many similar games. On the bad side though, it’s very repetitive and there’s no meaningful story or character development. The MC even has no dialogue of his own; instead, his intentions and actions are interpreted/narrated by the girls in his party. Said girls are all superficial stereotypes who are totally in love with the MC from the get-go. Worst of all, the game is buggy. I ran into game-breaking situations halfway through during two separate playthroughs, after which I was forced to start over from an earlier save. To be fair, the game warns you to save often at some point. Unfortunately, it doesn’t help (auto-save) or remind you to do so. So if you’re like me and forget to do it, there’s a real chance you’ll eventually (rage-)quit the entire thing.
THE GOODS
SUBJECT As expected, the lewd in Island Saga features your MC having sex with the four princesses and a mystery girl in his party. This is mostly vanilla-ish and consensual-ish. However, the girls tend to end up in embarrassing situations every now and then, and your MC is happily takes advantage of that. Luckily for him, they are in love with him, so they’ll end up liking it and/or forgiving him anyway. Oh, as you’d probably guessed already from the store page, this game is made for people who enjoy gravity-defying, skippy-ball-sized boobs. Typically, half the scene (or even half your screen) will be filled with them. Keywords:
bondage, big breasts, group, fluids, monster, solo, straight, tentacles
CONTENT At least 24 CG-based scenes (6 for each girl). In addition, each girl has an interactive and partly animated ‘free play’ mode, where you can do a number of sexual activities with them. ACCESS You’ll encounter new scenes by completing certain quests (indicated by a heart symbol). Most of these quests are found in the guild; some however require talking to a certain NPC or princess in the city at a certain time. This isn’t clearly indicated, so you’ll probably need to do some searching for this or use a walkthrough. After seeing a scene once, you can revisit it from a gallery in the main menu. There doesn’t seem to be an option to unlock the full gallery (although you could probably download someone else’s save game somewhere if you’d like). Discovering a new scene usually also unlocks new actions to use during free play mode, which you can start by going to your bedroom. QUALITY All images are drawn a by a skilled artist and of high quality. The interactive scenes are also pretty well made (even though there isn’t much difference between the scenes of the four girls).
VERRO’S VERDICT
I’m conflicted here. I very much appreciate Remtairy as a developer/publisher, and I can see that a lot of effort and love went into this game. Unfortunately, I didn’t really enjoy playing it. While I don’t mind repetitive gameplay per se, I think grindy games need to offer you a sense of progression in some way or form to keep you hooked. In Island Saga, this sense of progression is largely absent. Dungeons, monsters, quests, items and skills are only nominally and/or cosmetically different; the underlying gameplay stays the same for hours on end. Because the story doesn’t really go anywhere either, you end up feeling you’re playing a clicker – mindlessly hitting buttons for lewd. And well, if I enjoyed that, I’d be lurking on Google instead of Steam. From my games, I expect a bit more. Still, I tried to finish Island Saga. I really did, several times, if only to complete this review. But I just ran into another bug, and now I’m done with it. Sorry, Rem. [i]Looking for fairly priced adult games with good gameplay? Island Saga is a big boob quest rpg. -The story is basically nonexistent. You are sent to an island with 4 girls to look for something and you do 40+ random missions, then do some related quests at the end. -The combat is.. alright i suppose. You fight with a party. You level them up and choose formations that effect the battle. I would say the dev put more effort than the standard "attack and repeat" combat like in some games, but I wouldn't say its the best part of the game. -The art of the characters and sex scenes are pretty nice. Each have 5 scenes with a harem scene at the end. You also have extra lewd scenes in the bedroom that is interactable. All in all, I'd say the game is alright. Best way to enjoy it would to put it on easy and breeze through the missions to unlock all the good stuff and dialogue between characters.
TL;DR You'd be a dummy to pass up on this. Good-hearted adventure JRPG with a hefty quest system, good characters, and good turn-based combat. Content Warnings: Uncensored patch needed for all of this: Public sex, exhibitionism (yes, they're different), breast worship, nipple play (you need only glance at the art to understand the emphasis), ahegao, watersports (briefly), naked apron, pole dancing (...sort of), tentacles (brief), slime (brief), vanilla (vastly), big breasts (OBVIOUSLY). So the original short review said the following: "All the developers had to say was 'We're hijacking the SaGa Frontier System.' That's it. That sells the game." That holds up damned well. For those not initiated, we'll get to it as I hammer out this game's strong points. 1. Story. It's a harem adventure. You are the errant prince of a crown that is angling for a more permanent alliance with its neighboring kingdoms. But with your rambunctious, "who cares about the crown" manner, your father decides its high time to curb that rebellious attitude and immediately weaves a plan that sends you and four other kingdoms' princesses searching for a MacGuffin, all while The Bachelor music plays in the background. You're all shipped to an island steeped in the world's old lore at tasked to become true adventurers, and to bring home the MacGuffin, and also a wife & future queen from the four girls. You are also, as is common in such games, the Silent Protagonist™, limited to choices on certain scenes as a means of expression. The girls more than make up for it, as each is charming, ambitious, passionate, and endearing in their own way as they vie for your blank-faced affection, all while answering the not-so-new hankering for open and free adventure outside their castles' walls. The chain of subplots that encompass the quests are all basic, but still hit the right notes to ensure you're having a good time, no matter your own pacing in the game progression. The girls carry their weight across the expanding story, in the steamy scenes, and in the battle system. It's not a wowzers kind of epic thumbed from the fingers of the long-passed Charles Dickens, but if you have the adventure itch and the harem itch, they get the job done just fine. 2. Game Mechanics. This is the Romancing SaGa system—or to be specific, this game takes it JRPG cues straight from PSX's SaGa Frontier. For the uninitiated, I'll take the sidebar to tell you Square-Enix is rereleasing SaGa Frontier in a Director's Cut format, with additional storyline and even a previously-cut route protagonist this spring, and to GET THE GAME (srsly it's an amazing piece of work). To short-hand the game's system as best I can, you do not level up traditionally, but instead get random stat increases post battle (HP, MP, INT, WILL, STR, etc etc etc). Learning skills will come to your characters during battle from using various weapons, with some skills opening specific chains of more powerful skills. As well, the enemies scale based on your main character's HP, meaning the challenge can easily beat down your front door if you're not focused on earning skills or magic. Island Saga borrow this to lesser effect. Skills work as stated, as do stat gains and weapon/element affinity (how hard you can hit with your weapon/magic attack. This is a system right at home for me, as it incentivizes use in various schools of attack and to not overlook buff or special techniques that can easily turn the tide of a tough battle. And this is an indie style game without that pro veneer polish, so quite frankly if one wishes, they can easily overpower the crop of enemies with enough grit, planning, or just by lucking on high-end loot early game (happens more than you think). You're never hopelessly outmatched so long as your wits are about you and you're exploring the maps proper. 3. The porn. I will be the first to say I am not a super duper fan of big boobed heroine types. Not out of dislike, but just because it's a vanilla flavor I"ve had one-too-many times. But imagine my shock when I find myself loving this all with little issue. Exaggerated for comedy, but charming. The art's bloody gorgeous, and the animation style looping and camera work is an open relief to many tried and tread VN techniques. Island Saga doesn't really reinvent the wheel, here, but you won't be bored by the juicy bits you get to. I'd be remiss to not poke a critique at something the designers & devs could've fixed. To sum, magic in the game is inferior to physical attacks. The unbalance, even when you put effort evenly into both, is stark. This isn't to say magic is ineffective—far from it. But you will struggle to care about low damage spells early on, and probably not give it any second chance at all unless you're either forced to (Sophie is the natural mage & healer in the group and that's needed for enemy AOE spells—Protip: Dark Magic affinity IMMEDIATELY for the only AOE healing magic), you're trophy hunting, or you're as stubborn as I was to see what does and does not work in the game. It's a real shame to see a sizeable fraction of the battle system be outshined by its physical opposite so easily. I hope they won't do that in the future. That said, this is a solid title through & through. Pick it up, sale or no. You won't regret it.

I really love Remtairy's Meltys Quest and Karryn's Prison, but I have to say this game disappointed me. It is not very bad, but mediocre at best. The only good thing I can say about it is it has enough magic skill and weapon skill( you get more new skill after you frequently use them ) to play around with and it has potential but too bad it just that, they didn't developed the potential. The cons are: IT SO DAMN HARD TO NAVIGATE The monster SPAWNING is INSANE MONSTER LEVEL SCALING is the WORST, who the hell think it is good idea to fight endgame mobs in beginner area? Lack of eroge elements, all HUGE TITS if not BIG TITS, and the girl even want BIGGET TITS, what the hell? Please stop! Story is meh, even character story is not very good. New game plus meaningless
