Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 17 → 5.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Pilot a tiny submarine through an ocean of blood without windows, they said. It'll be fun, they said.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended I mainly played this because Markiplier played it, and I’m so glad I did. 😂 I absolutely loved it! It’s such an interesting and creepy game, and I loved the movie Markiplier made based on it too. I’ve already recommended this game to other people, so that pretty much says it all. 😂🩸 Definitely worth playing if you’re into creepy, atmospheric games!
mi hermano me recomende este juego pero nunca le hice caso, y ahora que lo jugué, puedo decir que esta interesante, ojala que al creador pueda sacar mas juegos de este estilo. soy ps1graficos-coholic
This game is a masterclass in tension building, I'll be honest and say I went in knowing the scares and the basics of what happens and it still got me. The environment of being stuck in a submarine adds a claustrophobia because there is no where to go and you don't actually know what's going on around you as the game continues it adds to the tension. The game is short, and a bit longer if you dig around on the computer, but for a short horror experience Iron Lung is undeniably effective.
This game is a GREAT experience. I can't say too much because this game is absolutely best played completely blind. All I'll say is it's really easy to learn and get used to, and it is by no means overly difficult. If you like verrrrrry slow burn, semi-psychological horror, and eerie ambiance, you'll adore your time here. The game is pretty cheap for what it is, a short, 1 hour experience with a good deal of lore to dig into if you're into that. Also if you're concerned about not being able to run it, don't be. You can run this. Like, guaranteed. Check the attached specs of my puny DELL laptop if you don't believe me. Over all, I loved playing this. It's insanely immersive and intuitive to learn. Can't recommend enough. Thanks for reading! (As a bonus, there's a MOVIE based off this game you can watch after you play it!! Sick right? It's the movie with Markiplier in it. ALSO listen to "Iron Lung" by Musiclide after you finish the game, it's so peak.)
played this after watching the movie and kept thinking "wow, this is just like the movie"
