A short horror game where you pilot a tiny submarine through an ocean of blood on an alien moon.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 17 → 5.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Such a cool game. It does so much with so little. My favorite part of this game is how it makes you panic in such a natural way. The game hands you the tools, gives you a task, and off you go. It never feels forced. This feeling of real vulnerability makes the scares even more impactful. My favorite moment in this game is
the part where the fire breaks out behind you. I was so focused on reading the map and navigating that I didn't notice that the fire had started until I began to hear faint crackles behind me. You then have to scramble trying to find a way to put it out.
It was obviously a scripted moment, but it felt really natural. The whole game feels like this. Definitely recommended, but maybe not for $8.

One of the best games I've ever played.
I love this adaptation from the movie with the same name :) (With serious, gameplay is great ! Can look simple but really cool !)
The game: Iron Lung What’s it about?: In a future where all the planets and stars have vanished, a convict descends to the bottom of a blood ocean in a rusty submarine in the hopes of finding answers. How long does it last?: About an hour. What’s the replay value?: Moderately low; you’ll come back to it every few years. What works?: *The premise is fantastic, original, and compelling, especially with the lore you can find in the in-game computer. *The game’s pixelated, PS1 aesthetic, story, and unnerving atmosphere makes it one of the best horror settings I’ve ever played, and a masterpiece of ‘What you don’t see is scarier than what you do see.’ *Excellent audio; most of the game is played in silence, but when the music comes on, it's very effective, especially the main theme. *Short length ensures the game doesn’t outstay its welcome. *The game relies on atmosphere, dread, and a slow-burn for horror, not cheap jumpscares and monsters yelling at you. What few jumpscares there are, however, are very effective. *Amusing cheat codes, some of which are actually quite useful. (One lets you see out the window!) *You won’t forget the ending anytime soon. What doesn’t work?: *The grid-style, X and Y navigation style is difficult to use at first, but you’ll get the hang of it relatively quickly. *There are no alternate endings to unlock. Tips and tricks: *Take your time in the first ten minutes or so of the game to get used to the controls and how to navigate. *If you don’t like jumpscares, be warned that the game does have them, but they are very few and far between. Value for the money: Very high. Bottom line: Iron Lung is a masterpiece of indie horror, and proof that you don’t need a huge budget, lots of monsters, or even more than one location to make a scary game. Couple that with a price tag that’s less than your typical meal at a fast-food joint, and you have an experience that will stay with you long after you’ve finished playing. Final score: A
фильм сильно лучше игры, но тоже пиздато
