About
In Iron Decree, you play as a Paladin either solo or as a team of 4, pitted against the hordes of a necromantic cult; you are tasked with defending various fortresses in a grand fantasy war. Arm yourself with spells, build wards to repel evil, and fight to the bitter end.
Experience relentless action inspired by '90s shooters, round based zombie survival games, and dungeon-crawling classics. Wield magic and melee together, chaining devastating combos to crush your enemies. Unlock potions, spells, and enchanted weapons mid-run, and drink mystical brews to unleash powerful bonuses that turn the tide of battle.
Explore a grimdark fantasy world, uncover hidden secrets, and protect the derelict fortresses of a crumbling empire. A brutal war rages between an insurgency and radical Imperium necromancers who wield forbidden magicks for profit. Choose your path: purge the heretics or uncover the dark truth behind the endless conflict. Defend mystical gravesites, enchanted libraries, sacrificial chapels, and more as you fight to decide the fate of the realm.
Upgrade your character and arsenal as you survive each round. Unlock a huge arsenal of weapons, master unique spells, and discover powerful enchantments, potions, and treasures. Mix and match different effects to craft deadly combos and tailor your build to your specific playstyle.
Create your own maps, with inbuilt support for custom levels created in the game itself, or explore user created maps on the workshop.

really fun cod zombies esc type of game, looking forward to updates!
CoD zombies with swords
Great little spin off of the zombies genre. I've sunk dozens of hours into the demo -- and it even has a level editor. Certainly worth your time to check out if you're a fan of classic zombies with a twist!
Although slightly clunky , combat is fun. Maps are very unique and the quests in each map are fun to do.
My review After playing a solid 7-8 hours on the Demo of Iron Decree I was gifted the full version and excited to play it! Tried the different levels that were on offer; still EA so I knew that maybe there wasn't everything available but I'd give it time to cook but I'm sure it'd still be fun right? After wave 3 I started getting severe lag spikes for zero reason, checked my pc to make sure there's no heating issues or anything ( I have an older i9 and they run hotter) and nope running a cool 40C so not that at all. Unfortunately with a game that's so combat based like this one; stuttering and lag spikes or whatever is happening under the hood of this game can really mess up the impression of a game. I feel like this game got way too popular via tiktok and social media too fast and the dev cashed in and dipped....... Because that sure seems to be the case since there's been no updates since October of 2025......... Now on to the Good Stuff! Lots of weapon options !! Anything from daggers to halberds and lightning spells to bomb spells oh my! Game alludes to unlocking items for future runs but theres nothing of the sort; so maybe a later feature ? Hoping so! PS graphics are nostalgic and fun for me too. Overall despite it's failings I'd give this a 6/10. It's a barely thumbs up for me. If the dev updates and fixes the glaring lag issues then I'd definitely add 3 to the rating.
GOTY
If dev keeps it up this game will be more amazing in no time!
Fun game. Feels good to play. If you like COD zombies you'll probably like this
Abandonware
Very fun out of the box. This scratches the itch for some good old fashioned horde killer.
