About
A dieselpunk roguelike where you man a trench tank and fight to survive an alien onslaught.
Iron & Lead drops you into a dieselpunk trench war against relentless alien forces. As the gunner of an Abner Jack, you are the last line between humanity and collapse. Every run is a fight to survive, adapt, and push back the onslaught.
Navigate a shifting network of trenches where danger comes from every direction. Airborne threats, ground assaults, and overwhelming enemy waves will test your awareness and positioning at every turn.
Take control of powerful trench-running tanks, each with distinct strengths and playstyles. Precision movement and timing aren’t optional—they’re survival.
Deploy turrets, landmines, and rocket barrages
Customize your approach with 50+ items and upgrades
Build for damage, defense, or something in between
Every run opens new possibilities. Every mistake has consequences.
Battle across multiple regions, unlock new equipment, and refine your strategy with each attempt. The deeper you go, the harder the fight becomes—and the more it demands from you.
The war doesn’t stop. The enemy doesn’t relent.
The only question is—how long can you hold the line?

Reviews
I've been following the development of this game for a while now, and boy has it come far! I know the development team personally and they're very passionate about the care and effort they put into their craft. My time with Iron and Lead's full release has been excellent! It's got a challenging learning curve but play enough and you pick up quickly the flow of the game. The difficulty so far has definitely left me with the "Just one more attempt" feeling, it's a hard game to put down when you're in the groove. This is a huge recommendation for anyone looking for some tank-filled fun in the alien-filled trenches! And I'm looking forward to the balancing and future accessibility options to make this the best game it can possibly be! As well as their further game-making endeavors! Cheers to anyone who has read this, and have a great rest of your life!

One of the best single player games on steam to just chill and play. Get power ups and have fun going through the various levels to reach the end to complete the game. Its a difficult task, but a challenge non the less to play and progress through. Had a lot of fun going through each level and making it close toward the end of the game.
Pretty cool.
