Ja Sie kämpfen Stoßstange an Stoßstange. Divebombs werden also vorausgesetzt.
Pros: Career mode is enjoyable, better than F1 games :) Visuals Sound Cons: Only 1 car camera Neutral: I do not play multiplayer Temporary review Will update when i finish game. vrommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Edit (after 9 hours of playtime, approx 7 hours after the initial review): Honestly, i am already annoyed by the game. The cars are way too easy to turn, if you have below 75 health you can literally not compete anymore until you box and the AI is just really like moving on tracks, they don't care that you are there, they will drive as if you didn't exist. I am sad i cannot refund the game, i really want to like it, but after a while it really gets boring. And it just took 9 hours until i reached that point. What i recommend to the devs: - Make the cars a bit more stable on the rear, AI can turn you over way too easily. - AI moves as if you didn't exist, make them move a little more "smart". - Slipstream feels really op, if you are first, you will almost always get eaten by the 2nd place, until you finally got out of the slipstream window. You cannot avoid the slipstream because it would mean you cannot get the corners in the fastest way possible. - I think i'd like it more when the upgrades for cars were permanent and not just boost you can use per race. Feels way too random and i don't like games of chance. All in all really a cute and fun game, but that doesn't last long. And also, the price tag is just too much. Go down to 10€ if that's not possible make it a 15€ game. All above that is just a money-grab. So, after around 2 hours of gameplay i must say: I love it! (i will update a few game-play-hours later) I played the demo for hours already but honestly i didn't feel like the price-tag was justified. The game costs 24,50€ where i live and is on sale right now for 17,50€ or so. Still too much i think, but honestly well worth it. I am not through the career mode yet, but i love how the cars steer. the only boring car is the Fiat 500, funny, but really boring to drive. I do have a few recommendations for the devs though: - The first time i tried a pitstop i missed my box, because the arrow showed up way too late, i had to restart the endurance fiat 500 race (15 laps) because i missed my first pitstop... - On the pitstop i had absolutely no clue what to do, i mean i saw the yellow box and thought "i guess i should stop here" - On the pitstop YOU have to let go of all buttons, no throttle nothing, then YOU have to watch the bottom left corner to see for how many more laps your car is equipped right now, the longer you pit the more they "repair" your car, fill in some fuel and fix the wheels. It would have been really nice to have some small tutorial for the pitstop, because this alone made me restart the entire race 2 times, which is a bit of a drag, especially when having to drive the fiat 500. - Other than that, more content does always help. More tracks, more cars, faster cars, it's just really fun. Let's see for how long. Here are some things i liked: - I do enjoy the random boosts you get each race week and how you basically have to poker a little, maybe keep the boosts for other races and such, really nice. - The steering is just awesome, i love how you need no racing line, it just feels way too intuitive of when to brake. - The highest difficulty "superstar" is actually really nice, without boosts i can keep up with the lot, and with boosts i can almost always, if enough laps available, win the race. I love that. This makes the game really challenging. I suppose there is always one guy who can just beat the "superstar" difficulty with 2 left hands and the controller upside down, but for a "casual" i think this is really well balanced. - The fast cars, especially the formula 1 car is absolutely fun. I love the tracks, i love how quick everything feels, really a super fun arcade racer in my opinion.
Not having open pier to pier multi-player is an insane thing to omit from this game. The developers NEED to add it. Code based multi-player was such a lazy way of adding "online PVP" to the steam tags and for that I'm downvoting.
Good fun on a controller
It's fun. I really wish they had matchmaking for online play, but other than that, the campaign is enjoyable.
circuit superstars is way better tbh
Keine Kaufempfehlung!
the racing is really unpleasant. Circuit Superstars with chase cam and iRacing funding + licenses sounds like a massive game, but somehow it's much less than that sum. the lack of variety of tracks and cars available is pitiful, and the racing to accompany each category doesn't even feel as good as its predecessor, mostly rounding up to cars hitting each other and you every corner until you maybe get enough slipstream to pass by the finish, or maybe you have enough tire grip modifiers that it doesn't matter. I really wanted to enjoy this game as much as CS but I cannot Imola is nice. I like racing there
