People giving bad reviews forget this game is free. This is a free RTS that's pretty good. Not perfect, it's rough around the edges, but it's literally free, literally no downside.

Amazing game with great variety of playstyles being catered to. I love the plant faction so much but theres much more to admire about the game than meets the eye. The dev is still occasionally making QoL updates and listening to the community. I say that if you are an RTS fan whom is used to Indie games, definitely give this a shot as you could find yourself playing it for hours :)
I really like this game, however the game play is slow but that makes sense for the type of game . I wish there was a better community THAT is what makes games great the community so if u could extend the people who play get people interested in it, it will be better. I would recommend servers or online gameplay and maybe a shop or something to some money for yourself.
Schönes Spiel
I cannot recommend this game in its current state, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to say good things about it. The Good: - This game is very charming. The pencil crayon cutscenes, the amateur voice acting, and all the other homebrew aspects give this game a highly identifiable presence. - For what it's worth, building's is quite satisfying. Like most RTSes, it's very enjoyable to build up a massive base, watching your resource counts growing ever higher. - The game has very interesting gameplay; I quite like how you have to utilise specialized units for building, rather than just having an omnipotent source of construction like in some RTSes. The Bad: - The game's balance is just... Awful. In my experience, the Colossus is the only combat unit that really matters. The Colossus and Artillery, honestly. - Fog of war is extremely annoying. Buildings and units only allow you to see a tiny circle around them, and explored regions don't remain even partially visible; it's like I'm pointing a dozen flashlights on a mural. - Various aspects like pathfinding are supremely strange and sometimes extremely annoying. Getting units to cross water, especially, was very difficult. - Also, a personal pet peeve of mine, I don't like that resource deposits are finite. It creates an artificial sense of pressure on the player that if they take too long/build too much/not expand enough, they will run out of gas. And resource refineries cost resources; if you run out of minerals before you build a new source, you have to restart! The Suggestions: - A radar, or a cartography building, or something of the sort. Let me see more of the map, please. - Either make the colossus way more expensive, or buff defensive capability of defensive towers to make it more difficult for colossi to just brutalize literally everything. Currently, it's virtually impossible to fight a colossus without your own colossus, which eventually makes your battles into "colossus vs colossus oh and some other peons I guess". - Expand on research; I wanna make some long-term progress. - Make population regenerate faster the more residences you have; half the time, I just have to wait for my population to build up so it doesn't drop too low, since it seems like population regenerates faster the more you have (which is a fine system until the player runs themselves into a human meat deficit and it takes 10 years to get your next power plant). Overall, I love this game. It's charming, and moderately fun. However, I can't recommend it with the current problems I have outlined above. I *implore* the game developer to come back to this game. Fix these issues and I'd argue the game would be worth money.
