Into the Infinite

A game from the same guys ...and gals ...Ok, a game from the same humans that made Sanguine Soul (2018.) This one is newer (2019) but not better. I still recommend it, but you should know a few things about it before making your decision. * First- like Sanguine Souls, it's also completely free with no micro transactions whatsoever. Are these people independently wealthy so they can just give away games? Or this is all some secret world cabal trials for a nefarious purpose???! Whatever, it's still a free game with more polish and fun that a number of for pay games being published nowadays. * Second- It is third person perspective instead of a FPS. The voice acting (what little there is) is awful. Movement feels floaty, almost like a delayed response. Appearance wise, it looks like a less poligony Gamecube game. It's not ugly, but feels dated. * Third- Whereas in Sanguine Soul you get to play until you pass the level (or rage quit), Into the Infinite gives you 3 lives per level and once they are gone it's game over. * Last- Into the Infinite might offer more replay value as the layout for the levels changes and weapons are randomized. So there it is, an ok game that teeters into good due to it being truly free and having some replay value.

just finished the game, maybe took an hour. it was a good find at a good time. only complaint was moving forward was difficult like the character kept getting hung up. still thanks man. EDIT: had a bad gamepad. works great. definitely recommend

For a free game, really not bad! Short (like 20 minutes short), but really interesting game. Pros: - Really smooth gameplay (outside of combat). - Unique art style for cutscenes. - Interesting plot, though again, hindered by the length. - I like the OST. - Really like how the weapon change system works. Cons: - Combat is kinda pointless since you can just run past every enemy and not get punished for it. - Guns don't auto aim when you press R3 (or whatever the target button is) and it really annoys me. - Heavy attacks are pointless because they take too long to execute, you can kill an enemy with 2 or 3 light attacks which takes basically the same amount of time. - Voice acting is... average at best. - No animations in cutscenes can be pretty off-putting (though again, the art style for them is great). The pros outweigh the cons though, honestly, just play it and enjoy it.

Hier mal meine Meinung zu dem Spiel....... Also das Spiel wirkt irgendwie nicht ganz fertig, daher verstehe ich nicht warum sowas veröffentlicht wird auch wenn es kostenlos ist ! Mal zum Spiel direkt......... es geht darum in einem Schlauchlevel Gegner zu vernichten, die auf dich zu geschwebt kommen wie eine Horde Zombies oder Dracula ^^ aber das es Anzugmänner zeigen sollte die aussehen wie die Man in Black :D Die Steuerung ist miserabel und man kann auch trotz anvisieren nicht richtig agieren. Auch das Tutorial ist kaum verständlich und nur die Hälfte funktioniert auch wie es sollte. Das Spiel ist billig gemacht und so sieht es auch aus ! Der Sound ist extrem grottig und die Musik lädt ein als ob man in einem Gruselkabinett ist ! Von mir eindeutig Daumen runter und keine Empfehlung für das Spiel. Wer auf so einen Mist steht der wird gefallen haben, aber meinerseits ein klares NEIN dazu ! Ich finde es gut wenn neue Entwickler sich versuchen, aber dann bitte auch das Spiel soweit fertig machen das es einigermaßen spielbar ist und man auch Freude daran hat ! Lasst doch erstmal Freunde und Bekannte das Spiel testen bevor ihr sowas veröffentlicht ! Here is my opinion about the game ....... So the game somehow doesn't seem completely finished, so I don't understand why something is released even if it's free! Time to play directly ......... it's about killing enemies in a tube level, who come floating towards you like a horde of zombies or Dracula ^^ but that it should show suit men who look like the man in black : D The controls are miserable and you can't act properly even when you aim at them. The tutorial is also difficult to understand and only half of it works as it should. The game is made cheap and that's what it looks like! The sound is extremely grotty and the music invites you as if you were in a creepy cabinet! Clearly thumbs down from me and no recommendation for the game. Anyone who likes such crap will have fallen, but for my part a clear NO! I think it's good when new developers try, but then please finish the game so far that it is reasonably playable and you can enjoy it too!
