Terrible balance - there's no sense that you're winning or killing enough enemies. Progression is slow, movement is slow, the mechanic of switching between melee and ranged is weird. Not great.
Daaaamn that game cought me by surprise! In a positive way :) didnt expect much but got a lot of hours of fun! As a brotato and vampire survivor lover - playing all simmilar games I can honestly recommend this one for its price its 9//10 ! DEVS - keep up the good work! A lot of potential in your team!
Not a bad Survivors-like, but nothing special
It's not a BAD game at all. In fact, it's kinda decent. The problem is it's lacking a lot of what makes other games in this genre more fun, and that's mostly QOL stuff. There are no indications for where chests (boss upgrades) are when they drop and you walk away from them The boss enemies are just slightly larger sized variants of regular enemies, so it's kinda hard to even notice them sometimes The stages aren't 'infinite' and are within a set arena. This can lead to some chokepoints if you aren't careful Honestly, this has enough to keep people interested if they're die-hard fans. But for the price, it's lacking too much to really make it a MUST BUY. Certain can see value when it's on sale, however. I'd say it's a good game, but not a great one.
In Woods: Survival in a Haunted Forest
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsvHXopoOZk In Woods throws you into a dark forest crawling with monsters, where survival depends on gathering resources, crafting tools, and fighting through endless waves of enemies. Each run lets you level up, pick upgrades, and experiment with different builds to push a little further. The pixel art gives the world a gloomy atmosphere, and the constant pressure of enemies keeps the pace quick and tense. Crafting adds a nice layer on top of the combat, making progress feel rewarding. Still, as with many roguelikes, repetition sets in — some runs can feel too similar once you’ve seen most of the upgrades. Finished the Game 100% in 18,5 hours.
Jeder Euro lohnt sich. Top

I was sent this for free, but don't let that fool you. I wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE, least of all people who are fans of survivorlikes. This is easily the most poorly balanced game in this genre I've played to date. Levels 1 and 2? Easy breezy. I then proceeded to play through level 3 for FIVE HOURS before I finally got a random assortment of cards that actually coalesced together. I spent the entirety of that 5 hours getting demolished by enemies that roll into the arena faster than you can run and then proceed to fire projectiles. You are forced into replaying this single level endlessly just to earn enough coins to level up your metaupgrades from the main menu to survive (and you have to do it on this level because this is the one that gives you a lot more coins than the first 2; cool right?). Oh also everything in this level takes minimum 7 hits to kill. All enemies, not just elites. Then you get to level 4, the final level, and the problems compound. If you don't get lucky and get enough cards that deal damage, you will inevitably be overrun by bats that fire 3 projectiles each, creating a clusterf*** that not even the most seasoned bullethell aficionado can wiggle out of. You are limited to a very specific set of cards in order to actually succeed. Vampire Survivors at least gives you the ability to survive and succeed with multiple different builds. This game? Meta or get tf out. There's also no 1440p support which, in 2024 when this released, is absolutely baffling. I would strongly recommend that nobody play this pile of garbage.
