It's the finale! If you've read part one, you already know what you're getting into! If you haven't, well, you really should before getting this.
This game all on its own washed away that Western Yuri filth from my mind. Good god it makes the Sakura series look like prison food covered in vomit. Blessed is a game unpolluted by American social autism. I've never played a game where the protagonist and characters are all crackheads, but this was great. Who feeds a homeless man a brick and says the power of love will make it edible? That's like sponging your car with a brick because it is similar to a clay bar. The brick was well received, though. I could play this again. Honestly fantastic. "I'm wanna lick ya" - Michiru

Magical Girl Chiru Chiru Michiru Part 2 continues the parody narrative launched in the first installment and resolves the magical-girl storyline built around Michiru’s exaggerated hero persona. The plot leans fully into comedy, using the familiar characters from the Grisaia series but placing them in an intentionally absurd fantasy framework. This contrast drives most of the humor and gives the sequel clear momentum. The story structure is linear. It focuses on Michiru’s growing responsibilities as a “magical girl” and the consequences of her earlier choices. The writing blends self-aware jokes with occasional sincere moments, but the overarching tone remains light. Fans of the main Grisaia trilogy will recognize the character dynamics, although the script operates as a standalone comedic spin rather than a canonical continuation. The visual presentation is consistent with the first part. Art assets reuse character sprites and environments, but new CGs highlight the more dramatic magical sequences. Animation is minimal, which is typical for a visual novel, yet the exaggerated facial expressions sell the jokes effectively. Voice acting remains a major strength, since the performers commit to the parody format. Gameplay remains simple. You read through the story with minimal interactivity and no branching routes. This keeps the pacing tight but limits replay value. The focus is narrative delivery, so players should not expect choices or divergent endings found in larger visual novels. Comedy effectiveness depends on familiarity with the parent series. Many jokes reference character archetypes and prior events from The Fruit of Grisaia and its sequels. Newcomers can still follow the plot, but returning players gain more from the meta-humor. The script uses rapid-fire gags, puns, and dramatic overacting to maintain energy. Audio design supports the comedic tone. Music cues shift from upbeat magical-girl themes to intentionally overblown battle tracks during transformation scenes. Sound effects exaggerate every spell and punchline, reinforcing the parody structure without overwhelming the dialogue. Magical Girl Chiru Chiru Michiru Part 2 succeeds as a compact, humorous extension of an established visual-novel world. It offers polished art, strong voice work, and a focused comedic arc. Its limited interactivity and reliance on series knowledge narrow its audience, but for fans who enjoyed the first part, it provides a satisfying and entertaining conclusion.
FrontWing scammed backers of its KickStarter/IndieGogo projects of their money, can no longer recommend the series.
