First off this might be an exaggerated number but If I knew 5 years ago that the developer of this game would eventually add over $1000.00+ in P2W packs I would have never started playing this game. you all do realize this was suppose to originally be a F2P game that plays itself for you originally and not a 2nd job you have to manage 10-11 employees so you do not fall behind on a leaderboard, and a guild system that can kick you if you dont log in at least once a week because you have to contribute a certain quota of minimum 100 GP because there is a limit to how many player can join and if more player want to join a certain community it involves having annoy the GM to go out of their way to create a subsidiary guild with no useful implementation in the game, I love my guild, but god do I wish with how much I contributed I can just not play the stupid game for 2-3 month and not be worried that I am no longer part of the same guild. I would rather pay 40-60 dollars on a brand new that is complete that I know I will be able to beat in 40-100 hours than invest into an entitled developer LAVAFLAME2 who thinks its necessary to add $50 pack EVERYTIME! he releases an update, there were items in the game that were released during certain events that you can no longer get and the developer thinks its fine to add a slab that records every item you can possibly collect and tie it to the leaderboard system. it blows my mind how unfair and unethical these packs the developer has completely lost it, another unethical feature is every 3-4 month whenever the developer releases seasonal event for spring and valentine as an example he thinks it would be morally fine to add a gambling mechanic with a rigged RNG system and if you do not have enough GEMS accumulated from buying packs good luck having to get the 1% nametags 5 times in order to not fall even further behind in world 7. I want my 5 years back

Started like a great game which you only need to spend 5$ for loot pickups for comfortability. Now it's a huge cash grab, the events don't really change and are pretty much gambling (can't even skip the animation/auto open half the events). You now must buy packs to keep up, for a total of over 400$ to actually enjoy the game and not be stuck in the newer worlds 6-7 . The Dev is now making the game non-Idle don't let the name fool you, he wants you to keep it open to farm for certain drops and upgrades that you can't get with AFKING like it used to be and even with my specs somehow after leaving it open for a few hours it started eating about 10 GB of my RAM! Each time Lava needs money he just releases an OP pet that unless you buy it you fall behind(sometimes it's locked only after you buy 2 other packages). TL:DR: The Dev's greed is making the game unenjoyable as it used to be. Side note: Reddit is also very censored regarding all the real issues of the game by the dev.
this game used to be great, but the dev's greed has gotten so over the top it would make genshin impact blush
no me engancha, pero puede que a ti si
I've been playing this since probably 2022, at that point in time I remember World 5 being released. Game has been great and I really enjoyed it. To be honest I enjoy it to this day, but why the negative review you may ask - Greed. Well let's start that LavaFlame2 the Developer of this game might be greedier than EA and that is an hard achievement to achieve. With almost every new update there is new pack that could literally be 40$... you could buy even few games for that. At this point in time the game has probably packs that are worth probably 1000$ in total, maybe even 2000$. - The FOMO. With those packs come bonuses that you can't get anywhere else, companions you can't get anywhere else, I WOULD really not be that mad at those packs if it wasn't that fear of missing something important that can quadruple your stats - Companions. I remember the day they were introduced. Amazing buffs locked behind gambling and paywall. It was the first sign that the game was going downhill. Since it was introduced, there were 3, maybe 4 sets of companions, with each having bonuses like no others. You missed one set, and you won't be able to get that companions. Small change like being able to maybe claim a companion not every week but less than it, being able to get premium currency used to buy them normally throught things in game, or maybe something that doesn't need you to be every time on the clock with the free companion claim, why don't make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ system in which you gather tokens every time that the time you needed to wait ends - Noncommunicative Developer. With the newest update - Glunko Cove - the developer released an update followed by a silent hotfix after few hours. People that played before the hotfix might as well be years ahead of people that started after the hotfix. After people saw it he just responded "You will catch-up" And thats just some of the absurdity of what the developer does. Mostly those negative things come from the developer, not the game itself, I really love it, and probably will still be playing, but I won't be buying anything, not until the developer and the game change for better. And to anyone starting the game, please don't. I don't recommend it. The game in it's current state is nothing more than a pile of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It's really disappointing to see how money changes people, because LavaFlame2 is really a talented developer and an amazing artist. If things change, I might change my review, but for now, ♥♥♥♥ the developer
Despite having many addictive patterns and questionable monetization practices, the game itself is pretty fun. For me, however, number of elements mentioned above is more of a flaw than an asset. Contrary to its name, game requires a lot of active playing in late stages. (Offline progress is less effective compared to actively playing and/or having your game turned on) If you look for a COMPLETELY F2P game, this might not be the one you are looking for.
I was a very addicted players from the start or very close. I spend a lot of money on this game ( all availlable package at the time ) because yes i enjoyed the game but the game was going in a direction i love and i wanted to encourage Lava to continue is great work. For me, the start of the downfall was with the act 6, and every single update was making the game worst and worst until i stop playing it. When world 7 come out i connect to take a look at the new stuff, play some hour and completely unintall it. It's not a review to complain about how the game is good or bad, i just don't play it anymore and will never come back , but to advice people about how the developper change the game along the way to make it unenjoyable for most gamer for the name of MORE MONEY. I can't talk about the pay to play in actual gamelay, but take my word, i have no doubt about it.
I enjoyed this game for the longest time but had to stop playing as its focus changed more and more towards P2W along with a increase in active silencing of people who point out this fact.
After many hours of playing, I can't recommend this game. It may not seem like it at first, but it's very p2w. A lot of FOMO systems especially. You can technically F2P it, but even the most basic function of auto loot costs $5, that doesn't include the endless $10/15/20/30 packs. The dev continues adding them nonstop, that it's not sustainable. This also includes new PET packs he adds, which each go for around 20 to 30 usd. Yes, that's even more packs. It's evident he's milking this game for all its got left. Gameplay was fun at first, but it does get repetitive after awhile. It becomes a daily task of logging in, doing your daily stuff, and waiting to do it all over again. There isn't any pvp, aside from the new pet battles, but that's purely cosmetic rewards. There isn't anything competitive either, aside from a leaderboard, ranking you in the top 10%, 1%, and so on. I seriously would stay away from this game, so you don't end up like me, spending hundreds and regretting it. Go buy you another $10 game and play that instead, you won't regret that. Long term the dev is running this game into the ground with the P2W packs, and its not worth it. Lastly, you can't disagree or criticize the dev on discord or reddit, you'll get banned. I got banned on Reddit for sharing how much I spent and why I was leaving. Just keep that in mind.
Used to be a good game back in 2023, now its a p2w heavy game, where almost every mechanic gets supercharged by buying packs and spending money. would not recommend.
