2.5/10 has nothing to do with cyanide and happiness
Idle/Incremental Prestige - Yes Active Play - Some bonuses Visuals - Stolen assets possibly? It's Cyanide and Happiness looking characters, but it doesn't look like it's related in any way. Special Mechanics - None, Typical idle Tycoon. Cash Shop - A "Billionaire" pack is available. Since Steam has promised to ban games that show ads, it looks like this developer went with the buy a pack option. Where you'd normally get more rewards for watching an ad, you get more if you bought the pack. There's nothing special about this idle. It's the same incremental as 1 million others where number generator is purchased and needs to be manually clicked, then you buy a managers who automates it. Throw in a prestige for a multiplier. That's it. That's all there is.

The maths is not good. You get stuck really fast without getting the addon for real money.

Extremely boring game, they forgot to add what makes incremental games fun.
Warning: Microtransaction infested browser app
Idle Town Billionaire is one of thousands of nasty mobile/browser apps infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free. There's only a superficial "game" here. This "free" browser game is your usual mobile tier screen tapper/clicker/incrementer with a "town building" skin on it... the only notable part is the way the developer deliberately commits copyright infringement by stealing character design and artwork from Cyanide and Happiness... boy I sure hope they sue these browser game scammers into the ground. Worth noting I couldn't find this on the mobile phone app stores, but make no mistake, it's got all the same grimy, dismal aspects every other mobile scam infesting Steam has. It's just a veneer wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app tier cash shop. The true purpose of this browser app is to get you to hand your credit card details to the greedy HTML5 devs so you can buy stuff in the nasty cash shop... it's a trashware cash harvester, and has no place in your game library. Putting toxic mobile app monetisation aside... this is a browser game. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming PC so I could use Steam as a web browser. Steam isn't here to compete with Firefox and Chrome. This is not a genuine PC gaming experience. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 12 concurrent victims... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. At least that means their scam didn't work well. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
I love that the developers responded to a random positive review to say "Thank you for the kind feedback. Any other improvements we should make?" but they ignored the reviews that accuse them of stealing their art style and possibly lifting assets from cyanide and happiness. Be better than idle games, and if you can't then at LEAST be better than this piece of ♥♥♥♥.
A really badly made take on idle/incremental gameplay. Very boring and no story whatsoever. Basically a disguised cash-grab, since every feature requires the paid content. My advice: Don't bother!
it plays like every other idle tycoon game
