No menu, can't exit the game other than alt+f4, can't mute the music, security and miners are useless, good luck doing anything without an autoclicker, fun otherwise
Just another bad "Idler" that is not an idle game due to you having to be at the game to wake up workers, stop thieves from stealing the sand from your sandcastles, and then the P2W aspect that it has, sigh... I was hoping for this to be decent cause I like playing in sand without it getting in my buttcrack.
broken game that has "idle" in his name and is not idle at all. Workers go to sleep, you get thieves stealing your castle (that has no sense but okay is a game) is pay 2 win and overall most important for me is that the achievements are bugged. Avoid

It was a tad hard to rate the game. Is it a good game ? Right now, no. But it's free, and I didn't have a bad time either per se, so here is the positive review : Pros : - Cute - Easy to understand - Isn't a time blackhole like many idle games... Cons : - ... Mostly because you can finish it under an hour - No menus whatsoever - Very little content - The cops, even maxed out, can't kill all the thieves fast enough - You get twice more sand per click per level. Right now I get around a billion sand per click (before realizing the most expensive upgrade cost a dozen million !). Oh, and you can buy 50M sand for 50 bucks. So I guess I'm earning about 1000 euros of sand per click !) - You have to scroll back to mining, which take longer and longer, every timon you go kill a thief - The workers fall asleep. Why not, I guess it's to keep the player active in an idle game. But they don't wake up (bunch of lazy a*ses !). and they give a few sand per second at most. So after a few minutes of gameplay, I was the best boss ever and let them sleep all the time on the job. But it was roughly fun for an hour :)

Summer! Sun! Sea! The city is hosting a children's party for the most beautiful sand castle - and you want to take part in it! But why do something with your own hands when you are the son of an oligarch? Take away passports from Tajiks and force them to get sand for themselves! Hire the police to protect children from parents who want to destroy your castle! Make people pay taxes - people who just want to look at your creation! Conquer, humiliate and build your dream sandcastle!
Pros:
+ The game is free
+ Achievements
+ Simple control scheme Minuses:
- It's not idle
- You need to constantly monitor the workers
- No progress
Total: Idle games usually mean a lazy game - in which the player's participation is minimized. But in this version - you are directly involved on an ongoing basis - you just need to gape a little and that's it! The workers are asleep, the sand is not mined - and the castle is quietly plundered by people and destroyed by the wind! Therefore, you must constantly extract sand on your own, kicking the Tajiks along the way. You can hire the police - but for some reason even a large crowd of police officers does not always cope with criminals. So you need to keep an eye on it too. As a result: the game offers you to build several castles, sometimes improving the Tajiks - and then go to the computer supplies store and buy yourself another mouse. Since the one you had will stop responding to clicks.
Time to beat: 21 minutes. Well, to max out the security and tourists. It does take longer/impossible to max out the castle.. BECAUSE CRIMINALS DELEVEL IT. Max security isnt enough to stop the criminals, so the only way to make progress is to kill every criminal, but then you wont be doing any digging, so either way at some point progress becomes effectively IMPOSSIBLE. Also this IS NOT AN IDLE GAME. You can buy miners, but they only mine 10 dirt a second. That might seem like a lot, if you can upgrade them and buy a bunch, but again, THIS IS NOT AN IDLE GAME, they will simply stop digging, constantly, distracting you from doing actual digging manually, which again is 10000 times faster than they are. Ok, maybe if you put all your cash into leveling them up it actually becomes an idle game? Infact I think that's the only way the game really works, since manual clicking will just get undone by theives.. But again, thieves make the game unplayable so.. IF anyone has bothered to level up the diggers, let me know if they can out dig the amount that gets stolen, that MIGHT be a viable strategy.. And since there is no other use for cash after maxing out security and tourists, I guess its where the game design leads to? Maybe this is actually a good idle game if you can be bothered leveling up the minors? IDK. I'm too bored and disinterested to find out tbh
I don't like it, Sandy
On the one hand, we have a terrible mobile port full of bugs. On the other hand, a socially critical game, but without a deeper meaning. Because it is F2P it also has to be P2W on each corner. Buy a signal horn for 0,45 EUR or extra credits / sand. It's pointless. But dev was clever and let workers fall asleep after 10 seconds of working without tweaking the stamina or anything else. Same goes to bandits (criminals) which can easily destroy your biggest sand castles without a scrap. Or they can overrun and glitch out between your security and swing their hammer onto your castle. It's all well calculated to make you frustrated with the system soon. You can try to explain it all over pop philosophy like "There is always this crab a$$hole seeing you climbing up the ladder and bringing you down" (Romeo must die) or "building you a castle of sand". The global sand crisis is real - even a sand mafia exists. Imagine Dubai without sand.
Just a boring game lol
Not an idle game, more like a babysitting game, and one that horribly mismanages computer resources. Requires thousands and thousands of clicks for mining, so why not just build in an autoclicker upgrade? Very simplistic and the castle takes so long to upgrade it's not worth the hassle.
