Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You begin with calluses, not a crown.
Idle Crown is a medieval idle RPG with no energy bars, no premium currency,
and no real-world clock between you and the next level. Just fifteen
skills, a Holding you raise stone by stone, and an XP curve built for the
long haul.
Chop pine to heartwood, mine tin to runite, forge bronze swords through sovereign-tier blades.
Fish minnows to leviathans, hunt rabbits to drakes, cook simple meals into royal feasts.
Combat, Piety, and Stewardship round out the lord's craft, each with passives that bend every other skill.
Early levels move quick. The endgame is measured in days. Past 99, Mastery
branches (Yield, Pace, Fortune) open for every skill,
fully respec-able.
Twelve buildings on a 20×20 plot, each granting permanent speed bonuses.
Upgrade tiers climb from pine planks to voidstone. A maxed Holding is
months of work. A centerpiece you can point at when someone asks what
you've been doing all winter.
Climb the rank ladder (Serf → Freeman → Yeoman → King) to unlock
workers who run skills beside you. At high ranks they outpace the lord
himself.
Sink coin into yield, speed, XP, crit, coin gain, minion slots, forge
efficiency, sell prices, boss cooldowns, and more. Each ranks up the
deeper you invest. Push the offline cap from 12 hours to 36. Slot a fifth
minion. A treasury that always has a reason to grow.
Every achievement is named and written in voice, with no dry "kill 100 X"
copy. Hidden achievements stay hidden until earned. Each ships with a
hand-rendered gold-on-parchment icon.
20 leaderboards: speedrun, per-skill XP, Mastery, lifetime XP, longest streak
Friend Rich Presence so your liege can see what skill you're grinding
Offline catchup up to 36 hours, so a workday doesn't wipe a play-day
Serf to Sovereign. Take your time. The throne is patient.

I like that it has no pay-to-win, ads or ad skips, etc. What you see is what you get. Unfortunately the dev has already seemed to stop updating it, the discord server has no channels and he doesn't respond to DM's. There's blatant cheaters on the leaderboards that haven't been dealt with which kinda undermines the whole appeal of having leaderboards. - Update 7/8/2026 - We got a new mini update, so it hasn't been entirely abandoned. Good changes but the leaderboards are still filled with cheaters and the discord has no channels. Wouldn't recommend the game in it's current state unless the dev starts dealing with cheaters and fixing the mathematically unreachable endgame that has been brought up in other reviews. You wind up needing quintillions of currency to get upgrades you need for things and the game lags out before that is even possible. Would take thousands of irl years to achieve naturally.

The worker system is fantastic. It's easily the best part of the game. Watching your workers gradually take over tasks and automate your little kingdom is genuinely satisfying, and it's the one mechanic that gives the game its own identity. Offline progress and the community boost system are also nice additions. Unfortunately... that's about where my praise ends. Everything else feels like a remix of every other idle RPG on Steam. Skills, crafting, combat, progression, prestige, equipment—none of it feels fresh or particularly interesting. I kept waiting for the game to introduce something that would surprise me, but it never happened. The biggest problem is that outside of workers, the game doesn't really have its own personality. It borrows heavily from games like Idle Realms and similar idle RPGs, but never evolves the formula into something more engaging. Instead, it becomes a long series of familiar grinds that started to feel repetitive much sooner than I expected. The AI-generated presentation doesn't help either. The art is serviceable, but generic, and the audio has that unmistakable AI-generated feel. Nothing about the game's presentation really sticks with you. I don't think it's a terrible game. The worker system is genuinely clever and I hope more idle games borrow that idea. But one excellent mechanic wasn't enough to carry an experience that otherwise felt derivative and, honestly, kind of boring. Refunded.
节奏太慢了,比如 50-65 是漫长的等待 ,期间也没有其他事情干 ,建议增加一些 主动争取BUFF的玩法
Decently fun barebones idle game that would be fine if the dev was updating it, or free. However, the progression is pretty uninspiring, you just watch the numbers go up (but not in a meaningful/satisfying way like you'd want in an idle game. Im currently sitting at needing to AFK 20hrs for a skill to level up once - I have no meaningful way to impact this, and that is just 1/20 levels I need to get the next resource. Doesnt feel like you make progress after 80 hours, wouldnt reccomend
Yes, it is cheap, but still, free games can be more complex. Basic game loop is nice but over time you realize, you are just crafting "stuff" which only purpose is being sold. And selling it is actually not really reasonable because A) money are mostly useless, B) over time, selling price goes up if you pick proper perks. All in all, you are just leveling is a goal and a journey. In late game you can just keep the game closed, visit once every 12 hours (or whatever you max offline time is) and repeat. Not to mention, plenty of things and bonuses make zero sense. F.e. i can increase pet drop rate like 30 times, which i cannot afford yet. Problem? I have all pets already! No way maxing out these uprgades is viable. For anyone. Plenty of perks like that... sadly.
Literally nothing happening in this game.
AI parts and no sense good ideas, but no more
