Idle Catfarmia

Started and finished the game within a day. Fun simple idle game, not sure if the rather small amount of content was worth the $6 I paid for it though.

It's a fun little thing to occasionally start back up and spend your earned offline gold in. However, it's sadly not too engaging and you are forced to ignore the idle part later on for some achievements (namely the birds that drop fertilizers, cause the hunter cats don't count towards progress). Despite all that, though, I still had a bit of fun with it, so I will not make it a negative review. Try getting it for a few bucks during a sale and you'll be fine. Just try avoiding the full price, because I feel it's a bit much for a small and short experience like this one.

It is not the worst idle game I've played, or even the third worst. It is still not worth playing. The idea is a solid one and there is some satisfaction in seeing your fairy cats bounce around. Unfortunately, the rest is annoying and weird and stagnant. It doesn't really allow you to make meaningful choices or control anything. It doesn't evolve or change, it just has higher and higher number requirements for the sake of having higher number requirements. Also it seems to be relatively RAM-hungry, at least on my computer.

Fun little clicker game. For a while, at least. 5/10.

banger time sink, i don't know about being worth the price but with about 15 hours of content idling i'd say its worth it

Maybe ok'ish on deep sale, but lacks amusement and depth in most gameplay aspects.

I find the move/deletion buttons are in the way of gameplay early game while you will still be clicking and the price tag is way too high to justify (even at 25% off as I purchased) for the content currently available. Each quest (and in turn achievements) are just tiers of the same tasks so at 25/100 achievements I am quite confident in saying I've seen all there is to see outside of the actual visuals of the various spawners/items. Also just like a minor pet peeve, mice archers feel like a strange choice considering the cliche relationship of cats and mice (its a shame that they feel so out of place because the archers have, in my opinion, the nicest sprite work in the game)
