fun short little experience
I really like this game, and I will continue to share it to friends who like the incremental genre. I'm a big fan of the writing, too - especially the things that you see but do not read.
A great game with a great message. highly recomend checking this one out if youve got a couple hours to spare.

A unique experience, worth the price even if it was too short for my liking.
THE MACHINE NEEDS ME AND I NEED THE MACHINE
Neat little incremental game. Good atmosphere and a fun premise
Loved the vibe. Missing a few hints sometimes but awesome to figure it out.
exactly what I want in a game. i desperately hope dlc and/or a sequel happens somewhere down the line because i love this and need more.
An absolutely amazing story about obsession and not losing yourself in your work. I genuinely enjoyed my time so much with this game, and it definitely makes you think not only about what to do next, but about the message behind the whole thing. The way you start off having no clue what's happening, but then slowly getting to know what to do and, furthermore, starting to do them automatically on your own rhythm is really interesting. The world-building is subtle at times and blunt at others, and some questions never even get answered, but none of those are bad things.
For instance, the way your character changes over time had me thinking I was crazy until it clicked and hit deep for me, especially since I got so uneasy when I met the Friend.
Towards the end, I felt like I lost the drive to search for true optimization, as there weren't many goals to follow. Overall, a great game that is definitely worth a play and a half. If not for the mechanics, play for the story. If not for the story, play for the art style and sound design. If not for any of those, play anyway.
