The printer is bleeding, the Wi-Fi is haunted, and Ticket #666 just came in. As the latest hire for a company run by cosmic horrors, your job is simple: Swipe to survive. Make binary decisions to survive the night shift in this dark comedy desktop simulator. I.T truly never ends.

About
Ticket #404: User cannot find their soul.
Ticket #500: The printer is breathing again.
Ticket #237: URGENT - Floor 3.5 won't stop existing.

In I.T. NEVER ENDS, you are the newly hired Systems Administrator at a company that was definitely founded in 2015, regardless of what the USB drive buried in the wall says.
Your job? Process tickets. Keep the lights on. Don't let the coffee machine's prophecies ruin anyone's morning.
The pay is bad. The hours are worse. If any of your metrics hit zero, you're gone. And something tells you the Bahamas aren't in your future.

Every day brings a deluge of tech support requests from your coworkers. The interface is simple. The choices are not.
SWIPE TO SURVIVE: Gary needs his password reset to GaryRocks123. Again. The brute-force bots are thrilled. Swipe Right to approve or Swipe Left to deny. Both options have consequences.
BALANCE FOUR METRICS: Productivity. Budget. Morale. Entropy. Let any one flatline and your shift ends. Permanently. Let Entropy climb too high and the building starts... remembering things.
EVERY TICKET MATTERS: That keyboard pulsating with ectoplasm? Not your biggest problem. The elevator now goes to a floor that doesn't exist. Three coworkers have been texting "almost back" for an hour. And Legal needs VPN access from somewhere redacted.

Get your hands dirty with tactile Manual Override Minigames:
REDACT FORBIDDEN TEXT: Marketing accidentally CC'd the summoning ritual to the whole company. Again. Censor the document before anyone reads it and loses their mind. Some things were not meant for mortal eyes.
STABILIZE THE NETWORK: The server room has developed its own weather system. Patch Packet Loss, plug violent Stack Overflows, and reroute power before rack 7 floods. It rains at 2:47 PM. Precisely.
HUNT ROGUE DATA: Track volatile data entities through the server architecture before they corrupt something important or find you first.
"Connection lost, like ships in stormy sea / The server sleeps, and will not answer thee."
Actual error message. Beautiful but unhelpful.
You are employee #47. Or maybe #48. The numbers keep changing.
Punch in. Process tickets. Don't ask what happened to Marvin.

Reviews
Seems mostly a Reigns / Lapse clone in a new theme. Which isn't necessarily bad, but a mobile game would probably be much more suitable for the format? I also got "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading (see the browser console for more information)" instead of the stacking puzzle...
Well worth a shot, the art is beautiful, the atmosphere intriguing and it's the best writing I've seen in a game since a long time. The devs are actively working on it but even then I would consider this a fully functioning full release. The mechanics are fairly simple but it's the story, characters and writing that keep you engaged.

Bought, but didn't start. On discord I got immediate help! 10/10 and I not even played with the game a minute. If everywthing worked like the support, the world would be a better place!
If you like resource management but also love reading visual novels, this one is for you. I definitely fall into that category. I like the writing and was proud to become a Knight of King Stapler. Overall, while I don't think this is for everyone, you will get a kick out of it if you enjoy narrative games. I think the loop is satisfying with a ton of variety, which I applaud as well. The only issue that I have is with the pacing of the main storyline(s), where I felt like I knew too much at times and things moved rather fast. I may prefer a little more mystery, but I did enjoy it so it isn't a huge minus.
What a delightful little game, I went in with little expectation - expecting an hour or so of entertainment through a few snappy one-liners - instead ended up getting completely sucked in. The writing is both witty and heartfelt, backed with incredibly solid voice acting in between the main gameplay loop with a consistent sprinkle of dark and sometimes thought-provoking world building. If you enjoy narrative driven games, please give this one a go. Thank you Steam for putting this hidden gem on my home page.
This game is a lovely addition to its genre! Its very humorous even though the story is darker - there's a great balance! I love the art style too - very Invader Zim <3
It's just too real.
interesting and funny game that has a mystery and lore that you want to uncover. can't wait to play more of it!
so close to reality that it hurts, if you haven't been in I.T. then this may be a solid primer. beware of what you ask for, it may just happen.
Love it. Strong `Slay the Princess` vibes, but with the Printer playing the part of the monster.
