The printer is bleeding, the Wi-Fi is haunted, and Ticket #666 just came in. As the latest hire for a company run by cosmic horrors, your job is simple: Swipe to survive. Make binary decisions to survive the night shift in this dark comedy desktop simulator. I.T truly never ends.

About
Ticket #404: User cannot find their soul.
Ticket #500: The printer is breathing again.
Ticket #237: URGENT - Floor 3.5 won't stop existing.

In I.T. NEVER ENDS, you are the newly hired Systems Administrator at a company that was definitely founded in 2015, regardless of what the USB drive buried in the wall says.
Your job? Process tickets. Keep the lights on. Don't let the coffee machine's prophecies ruin anyone's morning.
The pay is bad. The hours are worse. If any of your metrics hit zero, you're gone. And something tells you the Bahamas aren't in your future.

Every day brings a deluge of tech support requests from your coworkers. The interface is simple. The choices are not.
SWIPE TO SURVIVE: Gary needs his password reset to GaryRocks123. Again. The brute-force bots are thrilled. Swipe Right to approve or Swipe Left to deny. Both options have consequences.
BALANCE FOUR METRICS: Productivity. Budget. Morale. Entropy. Let any one flatline and your shift ends. Permanently. Let Entropy climb too high and the building starts... remembering things.
EVERY TICKET MATTERS: That keyboard pulsating with ectoplasm? Not your biggest problem. The elevator now goes to a floor that doesn't exist. Three coworkers have been texting "almost back" for an hour. And Legal needs VPN access from somewhere redacted.

Get your hands dirty with tactile Manual Override Minigames:
REDACT FORBIDDEN TEXT: Marketing accidentally CC'd the summoning ritual to the whole company. Again. Censor the document before anyone reads it and loses their mind. Some things were not meant for mortal eyes.
STABILIZE THE NETWORK: The server room has developed its own weather system. Patch Packet Loss, plug violent Stack Overflows, and reroute power before rack 7 floods. It rains at 2:47 PM. Precisely.
HUNT ROGUE DATA: Track volatile data entities through the server architecture before they corrupt something important or find you first.
"Connection lost, like ships in stormy sea / The server sleeps, and will not answer thee."
Actual error message. Beautiful but unhelpful.
You are employee #47. Or maybe #48. The numbers keep changing.
Punch in. Process tickets. Don't ask what happened to Marvin.

Really enjoying so far - the music and vibe are great, and the various ticket paths are really interesting. It somehow captures the essence of years at a IT helpdesk while also being existential horror. Trust the coffee machine, the coffee machine loves you.
Was lucky enough to assist with the Beta and playtest the earlier build too. Gameplay is simple and accessible, with the additionnal mini game sprinkled every so often to keep you on your toes. The writting is great, with a dry, dark humour that manages to both capture the corporate lingo and the daily life of IT work, while also slowly building a tense narrative. The worldbuilding feels heavy handed in the beginning, but as the game unravel you get to realise just how much is actually going on in the background. Every shift feels unique and new, building on the previous decisions you made. I got a callback to a ticket I completely forgot in my 10th run, and the machine remembered me better than I did. It's not a crazy deep or complex game, but the story can really grabs you if you let it. Some of the more jarring gameplay element feel obscure and hard to parse, adding to the immersion of an IT job from Hell. Like all the better games in the genre, everything about the game, including the menu UI, evolves with your progress, and every run changes the rules just a bit. Doing multiple runs, and even multiple save files, is not only worth it, but the only way to get a full experience. It's not just about progressing, like a regular roguelike. The game cannot be full experienced without multiple runs and saves. Great fun, Easy to play while trying to get a baby to sleep. Also great tool to teach them not to trust printers and those who use them.

11/10 Pure IT sim. I reset Gary's password at least 50 times I reckon (One day he will remember his password) All seriousness though, fantastic game well worth the price. The visuals and audio are incredible. The concept is simple yet incredibly effective. I find myself hopping on for "One run" then losing a few hours to the sweet sweet process of I.T. Heavily recommend for anyone who is a fan of the Reigns series!
This could be the next choices matter game we talk about, similar to Undertale and Doki Doki. After the first hour or so of playing and feeling the 'I.T. grindset' everything started to change in small ways. The lore pages have started to come in, secret buttons appear, and the Archive reflects on my past mistakes. It's fascinating, it's funny, it's poetic, and the art is HAND DRAWN? I keep thinking about this darn game. There is a grand reveal to find in these pages of I.T. tickets. And it is going to be delicious
The error codes form a constellation. We've found the star pattern through a telescope.
The game captures well what it feels like to work in IT support and that would be depressing if the writing weren't so clever.
I played I.T. Never Ends for 40 minutes before I realized I'd accidentally left the game up and I wasn't actually doing my job. 11/10 IT simulator If that late strike costs me my job I want a mention in the credits.
Enjoyable parody of my day job Absolutely would allow the parking garage to absorb me again
10/10 Voice acting is Absolutely on point! Dev is extremely responsibe especially on the discord (do recommend!) Gameplay is super smooth and I love the zombie faces. My only gripe was that I couldn't pay immediately, like prerelease and also that the Demo was addictive and again I could not play immediately :D Outside of that, Amazing absolutely top tier!
Absolutely fantastic game, Clearly the team that worked on it have a great insight into what a Help Desk Technician has to go through. Great fun, simple game with lots of hidden secrets
