The Story
I'm 28 years old and still haven't got a single date in my life, I'm looking for a life coach who can help me figure out the hard choices in my day to day life, you know? I'm sad and single, I have some friends online, but that's it.
My main hobby is playing video games and sharing pictures with my friends from the interweb. They all like my pictures and say I'm special and funny.
I recently created a dating profile because my friend told me I could get some action if I did, I might not be an action star like the people in the movies, but I still like action in my life because action is fun.
I used one of my best pictures for my profile! It's super hot and shows off my beautiful mustache, which my mom says is a lady magnet.
I thankfully got a date with a girl named Michelle. She's a bit too young for my liking, I prefer people that are over 70 years old. Just a preference, but I'm willing to give her a try.
Can you please help me not ruin this date with her? Please? I will sometimes ask for your help on how to react or what to do. Thank you!

Now get ready to know the amazing gameplay of my game, like I said above this is an interactive movie, so the way you interact with the game is quite simple, you will watch a cutscene of me during my date with Michelle, and once in a while you will get an inside look of my thoughts, you will then need to choose what you want me to say or do! Those choices will lead to different outcomes, not to undermine my very high thinking skills, but I definitely need your help to get the right choices! I woudn't want to look stupid or something!

this game has a beautifully story about love and compassion with action and comedy sprinkled in the mix., Flawless acting and backgrounds will make you feel like you're there, bringing you all the way in with choices that truly matter. This game has changed my look on old women, and life.

From my understanding this is a earlier work from this dev recently ported to steam. With that in mind i am very much looking foward to trying some of their newer works. I see alot of potential behidn this creative team. There is a commitment to absurdist humour here that i have to applaud. Its unapologetic in what it is, being hyperspecific in who it will appeal to. The biggest issue i have with it is its pacing. Its self indulgent to its detriment, some honing in on specific jokes and cutting out the fat would have helped alot here.

Yes, I refunded it, but it just wasn't worth my money. However, that isn't to say I didn't enjoy it to a degree. The intro was long and cringefest that lacked a hook. It was bizarre enough to keep me watching. You had a couple lines about the accent changing that were funny and the self-aware humor is also there. The core chunk of the game when we finally get out first choice, to the last act, (it at least has a 3-act thing going), is relatively entertaining. The achievements made me laugh just out of sheer ridiculousness. The end of the game, I assume have two endings, was fun for a moment. it was what people usually goto tiktok for, but it was not that bad. The best part of the whole thing has been some jokes here and there, and some subtle things like putting hammer in the mouth after using it to remove a turd, etc. There was some very good humor in there, just super weak execution. I admire the choose the choices with a talking head making weird sounds or justifying something. That was really good, and the credits. Similar concept, but no credits, just spoken credits. Genius.
