About
You owe a dangerous, mysterious mafia a serious amount of money. They don’t call. They don’t warn you. They kidnap you and make it clear: work it off, or else. Run your pizza shop, take on shady favors, and get to know the people of Hobarey Town while doing the mafia’s dirty work. Learn who to trust, who to use, and who to avoid.
Maybe you’ll pay off your debt. Maybe you’ll build the right connections to take the mafia down.
Manage a pizza shop up front while running illegal jobs out back. Keep both sides operating without drawing police attention or blowing your cover.
Complete illegal favors for NPCs, including cleaning bloody clothes, ordering restricted items from the dark web, disposing of evidence, and even burning bodies in your own oven. Every job increases payout, risk, and police attention.
Build a strong cover by becoming the best pizza shop in town while separately earning trust in the shady underworld. Each side progresses on its own, unlocking different jobs, tools, and risks.
Upgrade your kitchen, hidden workstations, and equipment. Larger setups allow faster production, riskier jobs, and higher payouts.
Interact with dozens of hand-crafted NPCs, each with their own stories, personalities, and ongoing problems that unfold over time.
Play alone or team up with up to four players online. Split tasks, run both sides of the business together, and deal with the chaos as a group.

Actually a really fun game when playing with a group of friends. There is a lot of AI garbage and uninspired games that people put out for a quick buck. but this game is definitely NOT one of those games. Really smooth gameplay and controls, funny emotes and outfits (all free), And a welcome surprise of content that will take a few hours (3-4) to get done, at least at the time of writing this review. There a couple bugs but nothing really game breaking, just what you'd expect from an early access game; plus the game has an unstuck button, which is nice. I wish the devs well in continuing to develop the game and I look forward to future updates ^^
Great game overall, but is lacking content to balance the shady parts. We are halfway through paying off the total and already feel like we have reached the end game with all the upgrades done and little shady tasks to do. Hope the devs add more content to the game to keep it worth playing
its fun to play with friends
After spending 37+ hours with I Know a Guy: Shady Life Simulator, I can honestly say I had a great time. The beginning of the game is especially engaging, with plenty of front store and shady orders to complete, giving you a constant sense of progression. My biggest issue comes later in the game. Once you've completed the missions for the people around town, there isn't much left to do besides waiting for shady customers to appear. Progress starts to slow down significantly, and it can feel like you're just standing around waiting to level up and earn enough money. One improvement I'd really like to see is a slightly higher rate of shady customers visiting the shop. I'm not asking for the place to be packed like the pizza store, but having customers come in a bit more frequently would make the late game feel much more rewarding. Right now, it's difficult to level up the shady business path, which also delays unlocking upgrades like additional Bitcoin miners. By the time the town missions are finished, you're often still under-leveled for the next major upgrades. Overall, I really enjoyed the game and definitely got my money's worth. The core gameplay loop is fun and addictive—I just wish there were more late-game activities and a smoother progression after the town missions are completed. If the developers expand the endgame and adjust the pacing a bit, this could easily become an even better experience.
It's a fun team game but a bit grindy. The fun is in figuring out how to make the pizzas faster and investing into the passive income routes. The design aspect is cool because you can build a pretty efficient kitchen that looks the way you want it to. Object placement is a hassle at times but you'll figure it out. I thought it was fun! ( We made over 2 Million Dollars too! )
