I have died is a well put together visual novel which briefly delves into an intruguing thought process and brings a positive vibe out of a not so positive situatuon.
This does not feel like talking to a friend. It feels like talking to yourself, trying to be your friend. The best representation of Suicidal Ideation, the thoughts that lead to it, the thoughts that pull you back and the mundane in between and around it. Loved this game <3
One of the most beautiful and introspective experiences I've had in a while. I was excited for the game and it excelled past my expectations. I think everyone who plays it will get something out of it. Truly an artful journey :)
Absolutely beautiful game. Sat and reflected for some time after playing. Would recommend to everyone
A deep look into one's self worth. Gives you a bit to think about over its brief but intimate runtime. Highly recommend for those wanting something a bit different.
Adored this little bite-sized tale about empathy and self-worth. LOVE a mixed-media work. The stunning dithered visuals and dreamy soundtrack puts you right in the mood for some introspection and really sells *that* feeling of sleepwalking through life untethered to your sense of self. Great to play feeling aimless on a rainy afternoon.
An incredibly touching experience. Highly recommend with a nice cup of tea and to just relax and take it all in.
A thoughtful, intentional and intimate game. It’s short, yet it stayed with me, hovering in my head long after I finished. I really appreciate that it feels real without falling into darkness or overly sugar coating. The grounded narrative pairs beautifully with its stylised visuals. The art style and colours are brilliant. The palettes actively shape what you notice and how you read the world. You see more or less of the details and commentary depending on the colours you choose, and that shift in perspective is such a clever touch. The soundtrack and animations are just as intentional. Nothing is overdone. It all feels curated with care and makes the whole experience feel like an interactive artwork. It’s something I’d return to at different points in my life, knowing it would meet me differently each time.
a charming and introspective piece of interactive poetry touching on some very relatable themes about modernity, self-worth, and meaning, all tied together by a really immersive atmospheric soundtrack. it's short but rich, and i'll probably be replaying it a couple times to take it in!
It was short, but this game felt almost comforting. It felt like going through the motions. I've seen very few games which capture life so well, but this was one of those. Absolutely recommend if you have a few euros and less than an hour to spare
