About
On your turn, draw items one by one. After each draw, face the choice: keep your loot or draw more and risk losing everything.
The pool is a dynamic mix of valuable and dangerous items:
Resources: The foundation for crafting powerful items.
Blueprints: Unlock new, game-changing crafting recipes.
Junk: Drawing two identical Junk items in a row interrupts your turn!
Unstable Core: Drawing two of these interrupts your turn and deals damage!
Use your loot to buy or craft special items that let you manipulate the pool, protect yourself, or sabotage your opponents.
Play against friends and remember: this isn't about getting the most resources — it's about survival.
The last surviving player wins.
Take turns tossing items onto the table. Drop yours on the floor, and you're out.

Shotgun Roulette walked so I Have an Item could friggin' sprint. The item pool feels much more granular than Shotgun or Side Effects, and the resource system forces games to be chaotic, but also to simply end in a good time. Simple example! You have 2 mimic gels, these duplicate whatever gets pulled last. You can use them offensively to sabotage another player's pulls by making any explosive core instantly explode, but YOU can use them to duplicate your last draw. Case in point, draw a Core, copy it twice, then you instantly have the Cores for a Shotgun craftable. You simply feel more in control, while also constantly sweating as the other players sabotage *you*.
this game RULES. Now one of my favorite games yet! very fun with friends. though it has some bugs and needs much more items to synergize.
This is a very good game, I simply loved the main mechanic, which is a basic gamble that needs thoughts throught to minimize the luck factor, 10/10 game
so much fun to learn and even more fun to get pulling items when you know you shouldnt

Incredibly fun and quick to learn game that everyone should play with their friends. At the moment the game doesn't have public servers so its up to you to gather some buddies. However, I seriously hope to see the devs add quickjoin/quickplay as a feature in the near future. "I HAVE AN ITEM" has a very satisfactory Player VS Player gameplay loop where players take turns drawing from an Item pool that contains four categories of loot; Resources, Blueprints, Junk, or Unstable Cores. Resources are used to build weapons and gadgets to mess with your friends. Blueprints unlock more weapons and gadgets for you to build. Junk is worthless and relatively safe but drawing two pieces consecutively will end your turn at the cost of everything you've pulled from the item pool during that turn. Lastly are the Unstable Cores which are to be avoided at all costs. Drawing two unstable cores at ANY point during your turn results in the end of said turn and an explosion which takes out one of your three points of health. The Unstable Cores become easier to deal with once you learn how the game's array of gadgets work however if you let your greed get the best of you all hats are off. The art style is simplistic, engaging, and gives off the vibe of Shotgun Roulette mixed with the table locked atmosphere of Liar's Bar. The emotes are a little friend-slopish but they are perfect for masterful ragebait and my friends and I desire more of them to mess with each other. I'm quite excited to see this game grows and really hope to see it rise in popularity. If you're like many others and doom scroll your Steam Queue, this broke me and my friends out of an hour long "what do we play?" spiral. I truly cannot recommend it enough and as of 4/4/2026 it is currently cheaper than a gallon of gas anywhere in the USA. My only big note to the Devs is that the inclusion of a quickplay option or an independent server browser would help the game reach a much broader audience at far more rapid rate.
