I commissioned some pigeons

If it's raining outside, but you want to take a walk and feed the pigeons, there's this game that can help. PROS: - Easy to learn mechanics; - Cute messy pigeons; - Great artwork and music; - Relaxing and engaging; - All variations of bread: crumbs, slices and loafs. CONS: - Nothing. If you are a fan of the series, buy this one. A guaranteed pastime. If you are new to the series, I recommend the I commissioned series not just for the relaxation that brings, but for the colors, artwork, music and simplicity.

[h1]A TOAST TO THE PIGEONS...and the Artist![/h1] The goal is pretty simple: click to remove 750 Pigeons and 750 slices of Toast across ten different scenes that are beautifully illustrated. Some of the pigeons are fairly big in some of the scenes, while in others, they are fairly tiny. It's more of a [b] [i]"Clickfest"[/i] [/b] than a hidden object searching game, although some of the scenes' artwork does an excellent job of blending the pigeons & toast.   The developer has done a great job selecting appropriate soundtracks for each individual scene, and the artist obviously had some fun adding pigeons with different personalities. Each pigeon coos as you click on them, and it sounds very realistic. (I wonder what happens when you click on a Mushroom in the I Commissioned Some Mushrooms? This is one of the features I love about this game: seeing a pigeon napping with a cat, both curled up and cuddling, was utterly adorable. Then you'll get to a more chaotic scene and see pigeons that are clearly panicking as they try to get the heck out of Dodge!   In most of these searching games, the subject fills in with color as you click on them. In this game, the pigeons & toast disappear from the scene when you click on them. There are 3 "Save" folders available, [i][b]AND[/b][/i] after completing the game, you can add some pigeons back into each scene randomly to make it more challenging....very clever! (As I mentioned, the pigeons disappear once you click on them, leaving just the scenery behind)    It would have been really cool to have some of the pigeons and/or toast actually hidden inside various objects as they are in some of the cat-finding games. I also would prefer the Pigeon & Toast Counter show at all times versus only showing up as you click on one of them to show how many remain.    [b] Note to the developer: [/b] You have a whole series of "I Commissioned" games where you talk about hiring artists, but I don't see any mention of the artists' names. [b]Comment:[/b] My least favourite bird also got into the I commissioned some X series. But it is partially outweighed by the accompanying bread slices and I do like that. Both are okay to find, but difficulty heavily depends on the art style of the current picture. About a third were a bit more difficult but nothing too much. Pictures were nice but I liked the soundtrack even more. The songs fit the pictures really well. I loved the rock band song the most. A fun little entry that took about an hour on the Steam Deck to complete. I am sure it would be even faster with mouse and keyboard. Due to the game time you might want to pick it up on sale. It is also available in bundles but those offer no actual discount for whatever reason. warning: your objective is to 'find' highlighted items that stand out from the rest with their super bright colours. nothing is hidden. i returned it. a shame cuz the art style is quite pleasant.

Dude, I freaking LOVE pigeons. Obviously, I'm going to recommend a game where you find hordes of them in lots of different and equally delightful drawing styles. 12/10, game of the year.

This one was really cute and satisfying with the sound effects. Please another one with doves! :D
