Hidden Chibis in Combinis

I actually think the game is kinda cute minus the noise the girls make when they are found. I just needed to turn the sound off. It was free and only took about 2 minutes to complete. I had to let it run to review. The girls are cartoonish and anime type . Cute with large heads and when you click on them they turn blue. I liked that when you clicked on them or the any of the animals/bugs fruit came out like confetti around them. Reminds me of maybe someone's school project that they took the time to offer Steam members access to play for free. I think a very young one that loves barbies or anime would love it. What I didn't like was that when logged out, you need to redo the whole thing. It doesn't save but honestly took no time at all. Nice artwork.

art: 3/5 concept: 4/5 challenge: 1/5 execution: 2/5 types of hidden objects: 1 secret hidden objects: yes but finding them is meaningless. no. of puzzles: 1 music/sfx: 2/5 (anxiety-inducing) note: i finished the game in less than 2 minutes. i had to leave it running just so that i had enough "playtime" to leave a review. note II: no achievements what-so-ever. note III: the noises made by the Chibis upon being found are deeply unsettling. note IV: regardless of my criticism, the dev's heart is in the right place and despite the lack of achievements and ease of the game - i believe that their next effort has the potential to be on par with the standard free hidden object games that one finds on STEAM. Furthermore, after playing the game for the whole two minutes it took to complete, i didn't regret spending my time with it. sometimes it just feels nice to just demolish one of these in less than five minutes.
