Enjoyable puzzle game with a tiny bit of sim Egypt city.
Peaceful, relaxing, lovely setting, with building included. I love this game
Hexus is (kind of) a match-3 style game but with lots of added mechanics and elements. It's a little easy and but does get more complex as you play through. Tiles are hex-based, matching is non-linear, there are temples & lock blocks & other interesting elements, and different game modes. Also has city-building, a storyline, and lots of unlockable aesthetics. Interesting concept. Could use a touch more polish. I don't usually complain about games being too long, but this one really dragged on and I just wanted it to be done. It's not a bad puzzle type game. Some thought and effort was actually put into the development by likely a very small team. I wish more was done with the city building aspect, as putting effort into that doesn't yield much benefit. Overall not a bad game, but probably only for those who enjoy this type of matching game.
A fun casual puzzle game. + Egypt-themed art direction and visuals are pleasant enough. + Mini games outside the main puzzle bring variety. +/- Maybe too easy. - There is a light city building component that is pretty much pointless.
