Heroes Of Maidan 3: Crimean Battle was a 2D side scrolling RTS game where it was intended for players to be able to build military structures, buy troops and other units and fight enemies in Ukraine. From a technical perspective, the game didn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. The game was largely rejected by gamers, with SteamDB showing a peak concurrent player count of only three players... and this is no surprise, the game is garbage. The Russian developers thankfully removed this from sale, but unfortunately they only did this so they could copy + paste it into other games like Military Crusaders, which they abandoned in Early Access (but they did manage to keep all the money they scammed from gamers).
