Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I was enjoying it until I got to a dungeon where the auto-mapping no longer functioned because of a dungeon feature, and after 10 minutes or so of running around the same loop in a dungeon where every feature of the landscape looked identical I shrugged, uninstalled and moved on with my life. It's pretty okay for an under-four dollar game, I guess.
Fun, nostalgic time! I'm obsessed with CRPGs and this one has all the bells and whistles: 1) Addicting combat loop 2) Hard to start but satisfying to master 3) Each class matters/no class feels useless 4) If your party dies in a dungeon, you can make a new party to rescue them at any time. 5) Retro graphics (think Wizardry) 6) Unique enemy types (ghosts and glimmers in particular) 7) Beautiful world map 8) The crystalized god in the starting town is a unique idea and designed gorgeously 9)Custom portraits and name customization lead to some good times (and funny screenshots) Cons: 1) Game is prone to glitches; I've had a newly hired party member just vanish from existence for no reason once or twice. Reloading my save never brought them back. 2) The story is bare-bones (not really a deterrent tho). 3)Towers can start to overstay their welcome after the first 2 hours. The dungeons/caves are well-paced and can be beaten in 30 minutes to an hour but the towers take around an hour and a half longer than that so enemy encounters start to feel same-y. Overall: 7.5/10 Recommended for CRPG fans and dungeon crawlers! If you like Etrian Odyssey, Wizardry and other such titles, you'll like this one!
Really nailed the niche of a dungeon crawler with engaging while light management systems outside of the dungeons. Pretty great for a 4 buck sale.
I am a 52 yo father, probably one of the oldest people playing Heroes of a Broken Land. I am a single father to my Son, who is 14 now. My son found this game at Christmas, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So i decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside him. Loaded into the game world and started playing but I was stuck on what you were supposed to do. I asked my Son for help and he helped me. Loved it as it was the best time had spent with my Son since my wife had died. This game has ever since brought me and my son closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house together as well. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my Son many happy memories. Thank you <3
gooooooood
A super RPG game on steroid! A game where you can Decked out every heroes that joined your cause. Even then you can once in a while obtained a champion of champion that you can further groomed into a super killing machine. Progression is so deep and rewarding! The possibilities are endless! This is a game you can really sink your teeth into! Hours of pure entertainment. TRY OUT THE DEMO! You got everything to gain and nothing to lose! I've been a hard core RPG fan for decades yet this game still take me to another level!
If you can look past the janky UI and simple low res graphics; this is an absolutely great game. I love the mix of overworld exploration and turn based dungeon crawling. I'm pretty sporadic with my gaming sessions and this is a great title for both big sessions and 15 minute tea breaks alike. Thanks to text_garden on tildes.net forums for the recommendation, without which I never would have found this gem (the thread I found via websearch looking for hidden gems from the summer sale, I'm not a member/associated with the aforementioned website). PS for linux playing, while apparently it is natively supported I had to enable proton compatibility to actually play it which has been solid.
Awful UI, and boring gameplay
Esse jogo traz a sensação de jogar o clássico Might and Magic
