I've only just gotten started but the art and score have me sold! I'm very excited to see where this game goes and the teases of multiple potential endings bodes well.
Love this game! I have been waiting for a mythological visual novel for years and this is brilliant. The artwork is wonderful. However, it seems to be a bit buggy as I still cannot get the last two endings- Pandora's Box and Bad Ending 3, despite fulfilling the requirements. But otherwise, this game is highly recommended! It deserves more attention.
I played the demo and really enjoyed the story and artwork! I bought the full version so I could see how the story concludes. I'm currently on the 2nd week. I think my favorite thing so far is the well-paced story development and the incorporation of the drama from ancient Greek gods and goddesses. I also like the feature of weekly tasks to influence the storyline, because I think it's going to affect which gods or goddesses help Psyche (for instance when she 'tends to the vineyard', Dionysus' affection for Psyche improves).
A fun game with such a lovely story. I've been enjoying how sweet and sincere the story and characters are, and dread all the potential troubles just looming on the horizon throughout the game play.
An amazing Visual novel the story is compelling and the game play you have to think very strategically is also fun. I have played many visual novels and this one is very high up on my list of recommendations! Any other visual novels this studio releases you can bet that I will be playing them!
It's a pretty nice story that's a little bit unconventional. The stat building is a bit strict if you want the history ending, but it makes sense in that context. The art is generally good too. I would recommend, although the playtime isn't super long for the price so waiting for a sale would be understandable.
This game is great! It's probably the best VN I've played. The art was just ok, but the story and choices were really interesting! It is well worth the price, and I highly recommend picking it up :)
I love this game! I managed to get the best ending on my first try and I'm so excited to see what other endings there are! (Even the bad ones) I'm pretty familiar with the mythology behind this and I'd say it's pretty accurate. Such a unique concept for a game, I'd love to see more fun takes on mythology like this!
Even if you are or aren't familiar with the original myth of Eros and Psyche, I think you'll have a lot of fun with it. If you do know the myth, you might like how the story diverges or how the creators make it fit in despite Psyche's very sweet nature. If you don't know the myth, you'll definitely like the classic otome moments of "do I risk it or trust him" moments that are present when you start falling for Eros. I certainly fell for him- he's just so darn sweet but also flirtatious (he is the God of Love after all). I personally really enjoyed it being a mythology fan and I especially liked seeing this classic myth be expanded into a real story instead of an outline of what went on (like how we know most myths through culture).
Good game, but the endings are hard to get and or you cannot change them easily. I took 2 hours to get one ending due to the favors. Needs quality of life update.
