Görsel roman unsurlarına sahip, 2 boyutlu, anlatı odaklı bir stratejik RPG. Bir grup amatör maceracıya, kendilerini çevreleyen Don'u savuşturmak için öz sevginin sıcak büyüsünden yararlanma konusunda rehberlik eden kamp ateşi ruhu Willow Wisp olarak oynuyorsunuz.
OH MY GAWWWD!!! This game is PHENOMENAL!!! Wow, I don't even know where to start. First of all, the representation is just amazing--the party members are predominantly queer and trans people of color, which was so special to me. I loved that the characters came in not knowing one another well and progressed to become such a beautiful family. I genuinely teared up during a lot of their backstories and found them all so relatable and beautifully written. The party was small, which left a lot of space to really flesh everyone out in a wonderful way. So story and characters get a 193/10. As far as gameplay, it was simple, but deeply strategic. I'll be honest, I thought the game was going to be a lot easier, all and all it was definitely a good challenge. I wouldn't say it was rage-inducing or too difficult or anything, but it really made you think about your next move and assess all of your possibilities. I liked that your team felt like a band of underdogs even in battle--often times, the odds were stacked against you and you really had to use the full breath of each character to make it through. The game rewarded you for using enemy attacks against them, manipulating the environment, placing characters strategically, and other things that forced you to not just muscle your way through enemies. No one was OP, there weren't 100,000 gimmicks; it took a simple setup and allowed deep strategy to come from there. All and all, you really felt like a team, which I liked a lot. Overall, this game is really heartwarming and cozy and had me feeling all the things. I wish there were more games like this centering queer and trans BIPOC that fostered a sense of trust, belonging, and unconditional love. Couldn't recommend this game enough.

Cute, wholesome and engaging. The story is great, pretty nice and the kind of things some people really need to hear sometimes. One thing that seems a bit off about the story is how linear it is. While there are elements of a visual novel, especially the presentation overall experience is more akin to a web comic. Combat is really fun and challenging. The way you can fight progressively harder enemies without withdrawing means winning might not be hard, but you can always push yourself further. Kill 1 more Frost, keep 1 more resource for then wave and whatnot. Really my only complaint would be that is possible that I missed some of the story by blazing through combat. For example like not getting A Daring Escape achievement mean I probably missed at least 1 day at the campfire. However, the only reason this is an issue is the fact that story is so great.Other small issue is that withdrawing initially feels bad, it takes a few in-game days to actually be told you are meant to withdraw and that it doesn't mean 'failing a level' rather each day you make progress toward a big goal that would be nearly impossible to accomplish in 1 day, It bears highlighting just how polished the combat is. You are given very few tools, and yet I found myself amazed just how much I was able to do with them. Using stunned enemies to block pathways or tossing characters Chargeing abilities. Definitely one of the best executions of grid based combat, right next to Into the Breach or Wakfu. There are many cute touches all over the game, such as Making Soup, how many throwing Soleil was the strategic move or Snowbank. Overall, great and I cannot recommend it enough, especially to people who already enjoy a cute story or tactical combat. Really at this point, my biggest regret is how short of an experience this is 💚
Zeitverschwendung.
I love this game!! Soup + queer themes + gorgeous art = supremely enjoyable gameplay experience <3
This short game is lovely in so many ways! The character art and background art are amazing, the representation is great, the dialogue is sweet and genuine, the relationships are interesting, the gameplay is satisfying and doesn't punish the player for mistakes. I really loved this experience and finished the game feeling seen and happy! Amazing work! Would totally pay for a fuller, longer version (maybe with more characters!) <3
Liked: - Simple mechanics combine for interesting strategy - Threats and challenges are clearly communicated - Gradual introduction of new abilities and strategic options - Nice, heartwarming story Disliked: - Little room for playstyle customization - Dialogue occasionally feels a bit forced / overly scripted
Luvely game! Awesome story, nice fighting mechanics. One character who uses they/them pronouns, one uses he/they (if I remember correctly), queer luv
