Mind-blowing speed is key and every landing counts! Hit the ground running (literally) and you’ll build up speed, but if you fumble it will cost you. You’ll need to think fast and keep track of your ever-changing surroundings to escape before the world crumbles beneath your feet.
In your run you'll be able to collect Sparks to use in the shop levels to manifest items. Items help you customise your run, affecting speed, damage, luck, health and other variables.
Speed through procedurally generated levels as you make your way through each Shard, completing every level before you run out of lives to advance to the next. Gather items and experiment with builds to help you on your way. Your journey through the broken worlds will be unique to you as you try to outrun the apocalypse.
You can now play through the entire game with other Zoes! It's cooperative in that you work together to progress, but we also keep track of player times in levels, which allows for some friendly and pleasant competition. To keep your friends apart we have unlockable skins!

As Zoe, you’ll meet different characters to aid you on your journey, whether through wisdom, encouragement or items to assist you.

Reviews
good, and fast
The randomly generated levels leads to absolutely unavoidable bs. Step up once and you effectively lose that life. The story is very boring, the characters are boring, and the gameplay is just a bit too rng. meh. Not worth 20 bucks. Maybe 10.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a spoiler free review. Please read this Game Devs!!! Haste is great and is fun at it core but after a while it does get a bit stale. This is NOT because the game is bad but it only offers some much replayability. - This game really reminds of subway surfer where you just jump in, play it when you get bored, and just want to play something causally, turn off your brain, and have fun!! - The story is quite simple, light hearted, and sweet. - No bugs and super optimize. I did not run into one single glitch or issue that took me out of the gaming experience. - Art style, music, character design, flowing movement, writing, and really simple, but effective, game mechanics for controlling and playing your character. - Items are amazing to use. Also items stack which was a great design choice. - I personally enjoy the map design and picking between the different fragments, encounters, void fragments, research outpost, and the way it made you pick one path or another before working all the way up to the bosses as it gave you little choices here and there to make and see which path is best to take. Now for the cons. -(THIS IS JUST WITH THE ENDING/BOSS FIGHT ONLY) Now the game puts all its focus on one thing! That is constant movement that pushes you straight forward, and so with that being said I don't understand WHY!! they designed the ending the way they did. I wasn't able to beat the ending without using specific items or changing my boost ability. For all of the game, you're encouraged to keep moving forward, this means boosting, running, and landing forward, but at the end (boss fight), it suddenly expects you to move up and down much more precisely. The problem here is that neither the character's movement nor the controls feel designed for that style of gameplay, making the difficulty feel frustrating rather than challenging. - The items in the game are great, I do not have an issue with the items and I don't have an issue with the fact you have to re get them every single time you go into a new map, but, its rather the fact, you don't get them back fast enough, you don't get a lot of items to buy sometimes because you don't get enough sparks or they are too expensive so you only can get so many at a time. Also when your on specific fragments you are only allow to select one item instead of multiple which does suck in my personal opinion, and the game doesn't let you spend enough time with the items uggggghhh. I WISH you could of keep them or they carry over or have the ability to start out with a few items, AS THE MOST FUN I HAD PLAYING this game is when, I had a lot of items and I was able to use them or the items just did there thing. I just feel like you didn't get a lot of time to use these items when playing. My favor was the boost rings randomly spawning passively every 6 seconds especially when you get like 3 of them because stacking. - I have about 10 hours in the game which is about the average I believe it takes to get through all the worlds/shards. I only failed the worlds maybe like once or twice, but this was only really due to some of the map generation being really bad at times. This was pretty rare, and this was only a problem when it happens as you don't notice it otherwise. - I really loves the items, the upgrades for your character, and the different boost abilities in this game, but, OMG it literally takes forever for you to get them in this game when progressing. I am referring to the anti-sparks as I definitely think you should get more of them quicker or it shouldn't be so pricey to upgrade. (It would of been cool to see a speed upgrade to make your character go faster) When I did beat this game, I realize, I still hadn't even gotten through half of the upgrades yet for everything. When I am playing a game and I am getting closer to the end I do expect my progression to match where I am in the story. This game was overall a great game but it does have a few downfall that make the game a little less enjoyable. I do recommend this game to anyone that likes simple and fun games that focus on running, boosting, and speed. If an update ever came out that improved how quickly you get items, let you pick more than one item on those specific fragments, also gave you more of those fragments to land on in the map, gave you more opportunities to get items, let you carry some of them over or pick what you wanted, or had it where you get to start of with so many items before starting, I honestly think this would have SO MUCH more replayability and make the overall experience that much better. Also maybe change the end boss level design. I just wish I had more opportunities to enjoy the core gameplay and items in this game. Overall, 7/10 Good game. The devs did a good job with this game.

good game
Is good
Velmi chill a fun hra, i když to zrovna není žánr pro mě.
Short version: Definitely recommended, but maybe wait for a sale. Long version: Haste is fun! This kind of game lives or dies by its movement, and Landfall nailed it. Moving feels good, it's satisfying to master, and once everything has clicked you can get lost in the feeling of just jumping around. However, a game needs something other than just good movement if it wants to be more than a glorified tech demo, so Landfall incorporated a variety of roguelite systems to add depth and increase replayability, including randomly generated maps, a Slay the Spire styled node-based map system, and randomized item rewards and shops. Those systems are, unfortunately, the weakest part of this game by far. The random level generation fails to create levels distinct enough from each other to be interesting, so you end up playing the same handful of variations over and over again. The game theoretically has 10 "Shards" (worlds) but there isn't anything thematically distinctive about any of them; as far as I can tell there is a hidden "difficulty" value that affects level generation and that goes up as you progress, but if you asked me what makes a Shard 5 level different from a Shard 9 level I wouldn't be able to tell you anything specific. Similarly, the map of each shard seems to be entirely too random, without much thought put into what makes choosing your path interesting. You'll regularly find yourself choosing between identical nodes, or getting an "Item swap and heal" node as your second choice before you've realistically had the chance to take any damage or get any items. There's decent variety in the item selection, but it all feels mostly redundant - having a consistent healing item is good when you're learning, and a boosting item is good for going for higher ranks, but none of the items are actually necessary. There are a few other minor issues I had with the game as well. The "Restart Shard" menu has no back out option, so if you change your mind or clicked on it by accident you're SOL. You get the upgrade currency whenever you leave a shard, but NOT when you restart one, so if you want to restart a run you're incentivized to fully leave and reenter which is clunky and off-putting. The story felt like it could have been interesting but was mostly just mediocre. Ultimately, I got about ten hours of good, high quality fun out of this game, doing a full run of the campaign and a few attempts at the endless run mode, and it was definitely worth the $12 I spent on it. The base $20 price tag seems more questionable, and anyone who sees the game's tags and expects something with the replayability of other similarly priced roguelites/roguelikes will probably be disappointed. I know I'm personally disappointed that the roguelite elements are so lackluster, because I definitely would have liked to play a game like this that could hold my attention for longer, but I'm happy enough with what I got.
fun go fast also JARONA is in it so it cant be bad like at all.
it is a lot of fun!
