Another unfinished slop by gun interactive
Don't get me wrong it's a fun concept and people keep saying don't take it seriously, but right now in it's current state it's just unfun. From performance issues, to balance issues, to design issues, michael can stunlock people to dead and you can't do anything against it(civs can do it aswell to michael which is also bad) both team can know which npc is a priority target making it a who can rush to them the fastest game(along side RNG spawns)along side the bugs making it a unfun experience currently, which is why i can't recommend it yet.

LOVE IT!!! I bought this game early release. I'm a Myers fan. This game is actually fun. Can be terrifying at time and can also be comical at times. Depends on the crowd at hand. There are a lot of objectives to choose from during play. Of course survival is the main goal but there are several ways to achieve this. Cellar doors: key, bolt cutters, or hatchet. Side gate: fuse, key, bolt cutters, or hatchet. You can even use bolt cutter in place of hatchet to break wooden beams apart. You can escape by stealing a car and driving off or hop into the ambulance in the end. At the very least you can survive Myers by staying alive. Perhaps you want to show him you are more ballsey than he and arrest him. (this is not easy to do so more power to you) But you get the idea. Lots of ways to succeed. The objectives are players choice so pick one, pick many or don't pick any and just see what happens but its totally up to the player how the game goes which is nice not to be micro managed so much in a game. (DO YOU HEAR THAT BHVR) All objectives award exp, cosmetic items & object items. As with DBD if they continue to release new items as time goes, by I do not see why this game would not survive nor surpass DBD. Other than facing the one and only Myers every time but he too gets his own cosmetics and so far there are 6 outfits for him. Card decks. Perks.. If you die or escape early and stay to spectate. While spectating there are mini games where you earn a good bit of EXP and more Cards. Collect the cards you want, or jump back into the match as a cop and shoot Myers in the face or chest a few times to knock him down. Come back as Loomis and go for it, arrest him!! Stock pile the EXP and spend them to upgrade the tiers in these cards. You can take 15 cards with you in your loadout. And you have the freedom to switch them in and out of your pocket as you like between matches, upgrade them or trash them as you see fit. There's items you can bring with you into the match or you can find items to use. (endless items in game, plenty to go around a few times) You can fight Myers off perhaps (shooting him down is quite satisfying) or you can play with him in chase which is actually a lot of fun. Diving through breaking windows as the glass smashes all around you, dodging him in the streets as though you are playing freeze tag at midnight and dodge ball as he throws his weapon at you, hearing him breath near you as you are minding your own business or catching a glow to alert you only to dash off before he can grab you.. its all really exhilarating. The residents: they are a blast. They will just randomly talk to you as you come around them. Some very sweet and some say some pretty off the wall things. (wtf did they just say?) Talking to them is its own mini game and then there are options, follow you, hide, call the cops, or escape. If you have them follow you they will prepare themselves with a weapon and help defend themself and you. You can also swap weapons with them if you find theirs more desirable. At the least if Myers appears and the two of you can't fight him off together then letting Myers have them while you escape is an option or be the hero and try to get them to escape while you fight Myers off and save the night. Telling them to hide is fun. They will panic and hide somewhere in or out of the homes until Myers or a player finds them. It's a great way to keep them safe till the exists are open and ready then off you go to retrieve them. Telling them to escape on their own and they will mad dash to the nearest open exit like a bat out of.. well you know. Calling the cops adds more npc fun which aids in the fight against Myers and of course a teammate can come back as a cop with a loaded gun and a few bullets for reload. Or call Loomis and let a teammate try their luck or at least shoot Myers and distract him long enough to escape or survive the night. Players on mic: Everyone can use voice at all times. In the lobby and in game. It's been about 30/70 at most that people talk in lobby and game and the rest is just the eerie sound of Myers breathing down the back of your neck while his theme music plays under the nights sky. "Was that the Boogeyman?" Whether you play with friends or solo, you can run around together or split up but either way is quite fun. There's so much to the game that it doesn't get old. Sometimes I've even teamed up with Myers to achieve some objectives and cause our own mischief. But to wrap this up.. Yes the game is glitchy.. what new game doesn't have glitches that need ironing out. No it's not going to die. They have made it so its going to be easy to add new objectives and achievements as time goes on. Halloween is how fun TCM should have been but never was. It's way better. As a die hard DBD player since 2017, I have yet to play DBD since I started Halloween. Hopefully that says something.

Fun game
J'aimerais jouer Michael Myers dans un jeu Halloween. J'ai fais 20 parties. Sans compter le bug qui nous empêche de courrir et le bug de déplacement parfois. Je changerais l'évaluation si c'est corrigé un jour
This is just a horrible game. Cheap Friday the 13th knock off. Killer Clowns was even better. Wish I could get my money back.
It's a lot like the good old days of F13 but with some changes to make it a bit more rewarding and more opportunities to return after your death. As it is now I have run into a handful of bugs, and I think it could be better optimized (though it runs pretty good on my machine). Give it a few weeks of patches if that is something that worries you.
