Hacker Evolution IMMERSION

I liked the games before this, so I bought the game to support the developer. But theres no continuing in development, no news from the dev, nothing... That's something like he's taking our money and not doing for what we paid him... As soon as the dev posts some news I will update my review.

Sadly developer probably ceased to work on the title so it's basically just a shell of a game. 2 years of no updates mean that it shouldn't be sold until the developer actually starts working on this game. Don't buy it until they show ANY sign of activity.

DO NOT BUY!!!! DEVELOPERS HAVEN'T UPDATED IN OVER ONE FULL YEAR AND I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I WAS OPTIMISTIC ABOUT IT!!!!

不推荐任何人买。目前版本游戏文件不到20M，游戏时长不超过10分钟，玩法十分无聊。 看演示视频时十分激动，以为是一款比 hacknet 更写实的黑客模拟游戏，体验后大失所望，连一个好的 demo 都算不上，几乎没有内容，而且从唯一可玩关卡表现的玩法来看，也极其无聊：其实是个解密游戏，为了在自己的小破电脑暴露（有一个类似血条，在解密过程中只减少不恢复的数值）前破解服务器，需要根据不同的人物来调节计算机配置。 整个游戏做得最像样的地方大概只有画面，UI 和骗我付款的演示视频。 准备申请退款~

VERY early access. Would not recommend on buying it's current state unless you REALLY want to support the company. Like others have said, it's all over in about 5 boring minutes...

One Level only! I was very excited to play this game as it has some MILDLY legitimate aspects of penetration testing/hacking. Then it ended. I paid $20 for a single level that took about 30 min to play. You get better rates at carnivals! Even though you can create your own levels...you already know them so there's no challenge or puzzle. Very disappointing game. :(

Developer never updates.

I have always been a huge fan of Uplink, which is what got me looking at Exosyphen's hacker games so many years back. The old ones are good, but this next version is a huge step forward in making hacking into an actual "game." The current version is very unfinished (maybe 10 minutes of total gameplay), but Robert is updating often with huge new features and gameeplay changes. For example, just today he added a world editor, allowing you to create your own levels! Like other reviews have stated, he is very interested in feedback from the community as he develops this game. This is not like so many early access games that will never be finished. I trust Robert to make this into the next big hacker game. Support him and his studio; they will not let you down. Gameplay - Finally! A hacker game where there is more to do than just click or type a command and wait! With sliders to control your CPU (overclocking), Download and Upload Bandwidth, and task priority, there is constantly a mini-game keeping you engaged. Again - in it's current state, it's nothing more than a tech-demo, but this studio is no joke and will move fast to fully flesh out this idea. As a final note - I bought a couple of Robert's old hacker games. A few times over the years I have lost access to my account and had to email support. Robert himself answered promptly, with an immediate fix. He is personable and cares about his customers in a way I don't see from many other developers (I'd put him with the likes of introversion). Support Early Access Developers who will finish games!
