Grotesque Beauty - A Horror Visual Novel

From what I read there are thirty endings....I only have one done so far so yeah I got a ways to go. Love the art, the story and mystery are engaging to where you need to know what happens next. No useless audio or jump scares here (yet) so it makes for a more streamlined journey where everything seems to matter. Only problem I may have is getting all the endings unless I chart every choice I make. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

interesting artstyle, great soundscape, lots of endings well worth the money

the fact that you're able to get 30 endings is worth the price alone. love the visual and sound effects! I also appreciate the language/dialogue with the characters in this game too. as a streamer {Lozza's Emporium on Facebook} I agree with the creator that you should NOT stream every ending. I have played this game... about 5 times and have gotten a different ending each time. overall, this is a GREAT visual novel game

こちらのゲームは12時間掛けてエンディングを探しましたがグットエンドがあるかないかわからないため めちゃ苦戦しながらも選択を試行錯誤で考えたりしましたが やっぱり難しい難易度になっていて 相当考えてしまいます もしグットエンドがあればどのようにしてクリアー出来るのか そこだけが一番の苦悩です 今後も諦めずに頑張ってクリアーを目指します

This game, simply put, is outstanding. Love the art, love the story, and love trying to get the different endings. Would definitely recommend.

Meh, too short and not scary.

Short game, lots of endings. Some a little more fleshed out than others but there's a lot in there that makes each play through still interesting and spooky. I really enjoyed the art style and sound design, too. Gives Creepypasta/NoSleep reddit story vibes.

A pretty decent visual novel. I only did two of the endings because I honestly couldn't care less about trying to get all 30 of the endings as I am not really that type of person. The art style is very cool and very different. My only big gripe is that there are a lot moments where the characters just seem kind of stupid, and as a way of self inserting, it makes me feel as tho the story is treating me as stupid. Like, if you choose to go upstairs and investigate the noise, you find the woman from the painting in the parents bedroom. It takes the characters like five or more minutes to realize that it's the woman from the painting when I, the reader, knew it as soon as I saw the woman. I don't know how the character did not immiadetly know this other than because they're not written to. Just one example. One of my small gripes is that the game is not scary at all. The only single time I jumped a little is because, another smaller gripe, is that you can't adjust the game volume, so like one loud noise made me jump once because sudden loud noise. Add to that, for a game with grotesque in the title, there's no gore in it either, not that it would matter because the grey scale nature kind of the art takes away the effect any amount of gore would have. Of course, the last small gripe is that this vn had quite a lot of spelling and grammer mistakes. Someone definietly should have proof read this a little more. Still is an interesting visual novel that is short and has lots of endings for those completeionists.
