Dark, yet cozy? Good and interesting narrative
Cant wait for year two! I really love the way the ranching works. I really want to play more but I don't want to keep playing the first year over and over again.
This is such a cute game. I love the different unique character options and stats. Its similar to other farming games, but its plot is very unique. I love that my choices have actual repercussions. I think more people need to be talking about this game :p it lives in my head rent free and I recommend it to people as often as I can IRL!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

you constantly have to always be doing something or youll risk losing people. i love it as it always keeps me on my toes and focused without being overwhelming. the story is very good as well. 8/10 cant wait for more updates!!
This game is awesome. I love the gameplay loop. It makes me feel like a casual when I’m playing Stardew Valley though. The preservation and food spoilage mechanics are what really set this game apart. I’ve not seen anything like it before. All the characters are very lovable and make you wanna do everything you can to help everyone survive. Normal difficulty is no joke though. Plays amazing on the Steam Deck as well! It usually almost no battery, I can play without charging for multiple sessions
Can this even be called a cozy game? Whatever it is, it's one of my favorites in the genre. The gameplay loop is very satisfying, the story is interesting (unusual for farming games,) and most importantly, you get to be a critter!
cute, unexpectedly grim, love it!
i will admit, i don't understand the difficulty others have on unsteady, but i'm very used to grinding in games like this so that may be the difference there. i can proudly say that this is the farming sim where i've felt possibly the most accomplished in getting things right. for others, the success is very individualistic, but in Grimshire? success is mandatory if you care for the lives of every villager here. that makes it worth the effort for me. if you need a reason to lock in, lovable fluffy critters may just be it. i heavily recc this game and eagerly await the next update.
I finished playing the early access a few months ago so I may be missing pome points I was gonna say originally before I just got busy with life. LOVED the game. Didn't play any other game when I started playing this. Just couldn't get enough after I played the demo that I'm pretty sure I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself. A farming sim + anthro characters + dark story. No way I wasn't gonna love it. I would suggest having the NPCs mention where some items are located as tips for the players. Specifically materials from the mines. By the end of the game, I did not even touch, or maybe briefly touched, the mine located in the top right of the map. I just stuck with earlier mines apparently for a bit to long since I was wondering if the materials I needed where farther down. Didn't even know there was a mine in the swamp area till I stumbled upon it randomly. Only went there cause I was noticing that I really didn't go to that area all that much and I was gathering wood/sticks. For the Last Stand quest, didn't get enough of either bars which I'm assuming the ores are located in that right mountain area that I mentioned before, which seems to be in good pace in the game. I was just unlucky with the bars. Playing on Normal mode and I have failed 5 Defender Rations and the Siege Stockpile. I know the game is suppose to be a bit hard and I'm sure you guys don't want to be hand-holdy, but I am wondering what could have been done in order for me not fail this much rations quests on my first run. Gonna replay this in the future to see how much better I can do. Hoping the best for this game!
