No two weeks are the same.
Your journey will take you through a variety of environments:
Peaceful forests with gentle streams... unfortunately, bears can't swim.
Crumbling ruins of an ancient civilisation.
Scorching lava-filled caverns.
Wind-swept cliffs where a single mistake can send you flying.
Unstable structures with nowhere safe to stand.
Thorn-covered passages.
Mysterious wormholes that bend reality.
Every area introduces new mechanics, hazards, and surprises.
Every visual in Grapple Bear began as a hand-drawn illustration on paper, which was then digitally coloured and brought to life. No AI-generated artwork was used. Every level, character, and environment was crafted by hand.

initially seemed hard to control, but with practice it's an enjoyable game to master
fun physical grappling game. rope has similar mechanism to rubber band and bungee rope. two QoL improvement suggests: remake level select page. show all stages in one page instead of scrolling L/R one by one to choose. game has ghost system and default using personal best (can choose others' after clearing level once). but before first clear, game failed to fetch PB ghost from server, it costs extra seconds sending requests to fetch ghost everytime restart level before count down.
Loved the vivid colours and the gameplay starting slow and getting progressively better. The leaderboards filling up the first day of release made feel competitive. There are a lot of levels to compete on and its good to know when I'm done with the story levels I can race on a new random generated map each week.
A hard, but satisfying platformer - racing others and the weekly challenge give it a lot of replayability. I'll definitely keep coming back to it.
The game has a very charming style and atmosphere, and the simple gameplay mechanic is easy to learn, but as the gradually get harder, it really challenges the player. Overall a great precision platformer with a neat gameplay twist, hope to see more levels!
