Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 24 → 5.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

masterpiece
This game is a blast, cant wait for more DLC!!!
I like the game but i have a gamer laptop and it keeeps overheating, i hope the game gets better optimisation .
- No Master Volume setting. - No Brightness setting. - No option to enable or disable Subtitles. - No Auto Sort feature for the inventory. - No Auto Save or Checkpoint Save system. If you forget to save manually, you have no idea where you'll restart after dying. There is also no dedicated autosave slot. - Some item descriptions don't make sense. For example, killing a boar or a chicken gives meat that restores Hunger or Thirst, yet the game doesn't actually have a Hunger or Thirst mechanic. For example, Boar meat only restores Hunger, which serves no purpose. There are way too many bugs: - If you close the inventory or loot window too quickly while left-clicking, the item icon image gets stuck on the cursor. - If you switch weapons too quickly while reloading or using an item, the weapon become jammed and you won't be able to fire anymore. - Enemy respawns are poorly implemented. You can slowly clear an area, confirm it's safe, and then enemies suddenly respawn the moment you step into the next area. - In the second stage (the cave/warehouse area), near the waterfall, stay swimming in the water for too long can kill the player even though the character isn't dive and the oxygen meter never decreases. - In the same stage, players can accidentally go out of bounds and fall into the void indefinitely. There is no respawn option, and if you save the game there, your save file becomes permanently stuck. - Several stages don't provide enough environmental guidance to help players understand where they should go next. This makes it easy to accidentally wander into unintended areas, including out-of-bounds locations. - Some sections also prevent you from climbing back to previous areas. If you go the wrong way or miss something, you can't simply turn around and explore another route I spent most of my playthrough feeling frustrated. The constant bugs, sudden enemy respawns, and confusing level design kept ruining the experience. It was especially annoying to carefully clear an area, only to have enemies suddenly respawn behind me. On top of that, the lack of autosaves and the possibility of getting permanently stuck because of an out-of-bounds bug made the whole experience even more frustrating.
Grandpa High on Retro is just an incredibly fun game to play. The humor is completely nonsensical and ridiculous, but honestly, that’s a huge part of what makes the game so entertaining. It doesn’t take itself seriously, and I found myself enjoying the absurdity of it all. The gameplay is fun and keeps things entertaining, while the retro-inspired graphics really worked for me. I’ve always enjoyed that style of visuals, and I think it fits the personality of the game perfectly. It’s definitely a strange game, but that’s also its biggest strength. If you enjoy retro-style games, ridiculous humor, and something that’s simply fun without taking itself too seriously, Grandpa High on Retro is absolutely worth checking out.
