Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 17 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good ol bloddy combat
Grand Class Melee 2 is a multiplayer arena brawler developed and published by Ogopogoid Entertainment that mixes chaotic combat with RPG-inspired class evolution systems to create a highly energetic and unpredictable party fighting experience. Instead of locking players into a single character style from beginning to end, the game constantly allows combatants to evolve and transform throughout battles, creating matches that feel dynamic and strategically flexible. The result is a colorful indie fighter that blends retro arcade action with progression mechanics normally associated with role-playing games. The core gameplay revolves around one to four players battling inside compact arenas where survival depends on quick reactions, positioning, and adapting to constantly changing abilities. Matches progress through multiple rounds, and after each phase players gain opportunities to evolve into stronger and more specialized classes. This system dramatically changes how combat unfolds because characters become more powerful and varied over time rather than remaining static fighters with fixed abilities. Every battle therefore develops its own rhythm as players experiment with upgrades and evolve into completely different combat styles during the match itself. One of the game’s greatest strengths is the enormous variety offered through its class progression system. Grand Class Melee 2 features more than sixty unique classes, each with distinct weapons, abilities, and combat identities. Some classes specialize in brute-force melee combat, while others rely on ranged attacks, magic, mobility, traps, or support skills. Because players continuously unlock new forms during matches, the game constantly encourages experimentation and adaptation. Learning different class paths and discovering powerful combinations becomes one of the most addictive parts of the experience. Combat itself is intentionally fast, chaotic, and filled with visual spectacle. Arenas quickly become flooded with attacks, projectiles, explosions, and special abilities as players desperately fight for survival. Despite the intensity, the controls remain relatively accessible, making it easy for newcomers to jump into matches without needing extensive practice beforehand. At the same time, experienced players can still develop advanced strategies through clever movement, class synergy, and timing. This balance between simplicity and depth helps the game remain approachable while still offering meaningful replay value. The multiplayer design is especially effective because the game fully embraces the spirit of local party gaming. Grand Class Melee 2 feels heavily inspired by older couch multiplayer experiences where chaotic battles and unpredictable moments create most of the fun. Matches become increasingly entertaining with friends because alliances, rivalries, and sudden betrayals naturally emerge during combat. The constant evolution system also means no two matches play out exactly the same way, helping maintain excitement even after many sessions. Single-player content is also reasonably enjoyable despite the game’s clear multiplayer focus. AI opponents provide enough challenge for players who want to experiment with classes or practice combat mechanics alone. While the experience naturally feels more exciting against human opponents, solo play still offers entertainment through progression experimentation and fast-paced arena combat. Visually, the game uses a colorful pixel-art style that fits its retro arcade personality perfectly. Character sprites, spell effects, and environments are vibrant and exaggerated, giving every battle a lively and energetic atmosphere. The pixel-art presentation also complements the RPG-inspired mechanics and nostalgic multiplayer design, making the entire experience feel like a modern interpretation of classic arcade party games. The soundtrack and sound effects contribute heavily to the overall energy. Fast-paced music keeps combat exciting, while weapon impacts and special abilities deliver satisfying audio feedback during fights. The soundtrack may not be especially complex, but it succeeds at supporting the game’s frantic pace and playful tone effectively. One of the game’s most interesting qualities is how naturally it merges RPG progression with multiplayer arena combat. Instead of treating character growth as a separate mode outside of gameplay, Grand Class Melee 2 integrates progression directly into every match. Unlocking stronger forms and adapting strategies as battles evolve creates a rewarding sense of momentum that keeps matches engaging from start to finish. However, the game is not without flaws. Balance between certain classes and abilities occasionally feels uneven, with some evolutions appearing noticeably stronger than others. While this imbalance contributes to the game’s chaotic charm, highly competitive players may become frustrated when certain builds dominate matches too consistently. The limited focus on online multiplayer is another drawback. The game is clearly designed primarily around local multiplayer sessions, meaning players hoping for robust online matchmaking systems may feel disappointed. Without a strong online infrastructure, the experience loses some accessibility for players who cannot regularly gather local groups for couch multiplayer. Visual clarity can also become difficult during intense matches. When multiple players unleash special attacks and projectiles simultaneously, the screen occasionally becomes overcrowded with effects and movement. While this visual chaos contributes to the game’s party atmosphere, it can sometimes make strategic positioning and reaction timing harder than intended. Despite these issues, Grand Class Melee 2 succeeds because of its creativity, replayability, and energetic multiplayer design. The combination of evolving classes, arcade-style combat, and RPG progression systems creates an experience that feels genuinely different from more traditional arena fighters. The game constantly rewards experimentation and adapts naturally to both casual party sessions and more competitive playstyles. For players who enjoy fast-paced multiplayer brawlers, retro-inspired party games, and RPG progression mechanics, Grand Class Melee 2 offers a highly entertaining indie experience packed with variety and chaotic fun. Its limited online support and occasional balance problems prevent it from becoming a perfect competitive fighter, but fans of local multiplayer combat and class-based experimentation will likely find an addictive and memorable experience hidden within its colorful pixel-art arenas. Rating: 7/10
Used to play this game all the time with friends on my old xbox 360, looks like it got some upgrades since then too (and a 2 after the title) Had a blast revisiting it, looking forward to having another couch gaming night and hate my friends that loves spamming annoying abilities 10/10 arcade game
Good game if you like the genre
I don't want to be cruel with the developers and say that you shouldn't even try this game. But well... you probably shouldn't. Even thought you can see what they tried to do, an arena fighter with different characters and abilities, in the end it is not satisfactory. It is kinda confusing to understand what is going on, since the UI is so simple that doesn't even explain things to you. The combats are VERY unbalanced and the game is not fluid. Not to say that the AI is just unbeatable (you'll only win by the unbalance factor). I tried playing together with group of friends (no AI) and after fifteen minutes we gave up. It is not funny. Feels like an unfinished game. More to an experiment. 2/10
