What can I say about "Good Morning", it's an Open world Sand Box game. You can basicly go wherever you want and do what you want. Become a bank robber, a drugdealer, a serial killer or be just the guy next door. Let me just start with saying that this game in is Early Access and looking at the game how it is at the moment I surely hope it will stay in Early Access for now, The idea is good, the result so far is not so good. There are a bunch of serious performance issues, I played the game for about half an hour a died twice because I couldn't walk anymore because of the lag, I took on the role as a mass murderer and started killing everything that came in side. Eventually I was very wanted and the police came for me but when I started stacking body's the game just couldn't handle it, it became extremely laggy and eventually the game just freezes. The world is designed in a very minimalistic way, because of this the map looks really empty and boring and not very inviting to start exploring. Same with the buildings you can enter everything but they are basicly just empty shells with nothing in them. I really like the idea and really hope the dev(s) can and will fix the issues, It has the potential as a very fun game but as of now I will give it a thumbs down. I will come back to this in a few months to see if there is any improvement but I have a feeling that this game has been abandoned. If they do fix the problems and turn it into a better playable game I will reconsider to give it a thumbs up. Pros: - Large open world - Almost every building can be entered - Simple controls - Fun concept, could turn into a really fun game Cons: - Long loading times sometimes - Horrible performance issues, both on the lowest and highest settings, extreme lag when you kill a few people in the same place. - Terrible Graphics, Polygone style gone wrong, little effort has gone into placing buildings and trees in a natural way. - NPC's all look like stickmans and only have the most basic of functions, some run away when they see you with a gun, the guy mawing the lawn couldn't care less and almost asks to be killed. They have no faces, they have no gender, and only some of them say very basic stuff (vendors) - If the NPC's say something you can expect a few spelling errors. - The gore used in this game is not inline with the polygone style, it looks weird and doesn't fit the game. - No options, no way to get out of the game in a normal way - No achievements, No Tradingcards This game is for an adult audience the game includes: Guns Gore Drugs Violence small amount of racism small amount of sexual content
Very basic sandbox with one gameplay feature: murder everyone. It doesn't help that there are some racist overtones. Would not reccommend right now. https://youtu.be/KKRs9AVfGr4
PROS: + A large open world where you can just about go anywhere. + You can go inside buildings and homes, and drive cars. + The gameplay isn't complex so anyone can figure it out. CONS: - Long loading times. - Terrible graphics (flat polygons, characters with no faces, etc). - Horrible performance issues (although this isn't unexpected in an Early Access title). - Virtually no options at all beyond FOV and a few basic graphical settings. Also, there's no way to see what keyboard keys do what outside of the game's launcher. - No story or characterization at all. - All you can do is purchase and sell drugs or purchase guns and shoot people. - The vast majority of people simply stand or sit in-place. The few that do move around act as if you don't exist. Only vendors actually talk to you (and by talk, I mean written words, there is no audible dialogue). - Can't see guns in your inventory (although you can see food and water) and there's no way to tell how much ammo you have. - Driving is an exercise in frustration as your car slips and slides all over the place. - Extreme amounts of gore (which look ridiculous in this low-poly world and drive the framerate into the single digits). - The developer needs a proof reader. Simple mistakes such as using "you're" when he meant "your" are present. - Unbelievably childish and immature objects in the game, such as the giant statues of male genitalia. This sort of imagery doesn't even fit into the game world like it would in the Saints Row titles. Good Morning has potential. With a LOT of work and a ton of refinement, this game could actually become something halfway decent. However, in it's current state it's basically Postal 2, only without any of the humor and reasons for doing anything, extremely low-res environments, and absolutely horrendous performance issues. VERDICT: Given that Good Morning is an Early Access game, I have hope for it. If it develops into a full release and improves, I'll amend my review. Until that time, I'd strongly recommend staying very, very far away from this title unless you wish to specifically support the developer.
Remember garbage day, well this game is no betta.
Bizarre and half baked asset mishmash, with disturbing undertones. That's about the nicest thing I can say for Good Morning. Running around shooting static and the odd animated characters is only fun for so long, then you make the mistake to start exploring. Across from your house is a neo-nazi compound, complete with Imperial Eagle symbols everywhere and armbands on the SS stylized location specific NPCs. Two blocks behind your house is a school, which you can choose to shoot up or not...the kids never react beyond holding their hands on top of their heads if you're armed upon entering. Last but not least, an apparently forever walled off section outside the city contains a compound eerily similar to that of the Branch Davidians of Waco Siege fame. Oh, there's also the odd barn jammed with people locked in cages and a few heroin hawking priests. Ignoring all of the above, the game dies after you kill a half dozen enemies thanks to NPC bodies and blood never disappearing. It'll happily spawn in a few hundred cops during a police station siege, never mind your game is now running at 5 FPS and utterly unplayable. Considering the developer of this has an interesting habit of never bothering to finish any of his created titles, along with the sketchy content and tech issues, I would not recommend buying Good Morning even on a steep discount.
Das raycis!!! >:( ... In all seriousness, though, this game has potential, but it's still far from achieving it. The game has more bugs than literal nazis. And yes, there are plenty of those. There are also racist cops, which are represented as pigs. Does that tell you something about how "racist" this game is? It's satire, people. Chill. With that unpleasantness out of the way (and remember, you can always pick a gun and shoot it in the head), let's go over a list of bugs (which you can't actually shoot in the head, so they're a more pressing issue): - NPCs can shoot through solid objects (such as walls), but you cannot. That means that if you try to take cover, all you actually achieve is getting shot without being able to retaliate in kind. - Some cops (and I'm assuming other NPCs, as well) can teleport through walls. This again impedes the strategy of hiding/holing up in any position; they will always get to you, unless... - There's a particular building (a house with an empty pool and two NPCs watching TV on the second floor) that allows you to go to the 2nd floor (where the pool and NPCs are), but you can't go back down, since you get stuck in the middle of the stairs. This is the only building I was able to stand my ground on, and only because of this bug (the cops get stuck trying to come up, too). - The cops are godlike, in the sense that they're all seeing, all knowing, and ever present. Commit any sort of crime, and they'll be there in seconds. Unless, of course, you commit it under their orders (see racist cops above, and you can probably figure out what they ask you to do). Trying to take the fight to them is also pointless, as they respawn at an incredible rate. - Sometimes the ragdoll will go nuts (you can actually see this in the trailer, if you pay attention). At one point, a cop's elasti-corpse flew over my hideout. It actually blocked out the sun for a second. It was kinda cool. And now, for a couple of pointers: - I was hoping there would be some level of gore in the game, given its bloody nature. Hopefully this will be a thing in the future? It's rather disappointing to shoot a nazi point blank in the head with my shotgun, and have him not only keep his head, but his life, too (so yes, the weapon damage could use some work, too). - I also expected more interaction with the world, given the game's description as a "sandbox". For example, since I'm in the police station (and haven't yet gained a wanted level), It would be interesting to see what would happen if I set the... *ahem* clothing diverse prisoners loose (I would need to find a key or a switch first, of course). Details like this would allow the player to feel like they actually have an impact on the game world beyond killing randomly, killing under contract, or buying a cup of coffee. Instead, it would become an actual sandbox, with multiple choices you can take or leave, which I believe is closer to your (the game dev's) vision. I leave a positive rating partly to counter the review(s) from triggered folks, and partly because I hope this game will only get better, even if I'm skeptical of the roadmap, to say the least.

Jogo horrível, o desempenho é muito baixo mesmo em setups high ends. A jogabilidade a pé é ruim, mas de carro é horrorosa. Sem nenhum nexo ou propósito.
