Golden Rails: Tales of the Wild West

Nice little casual game. Its a quite easy resource/timemanagment game with 50 lvls and pretty easy to get 100% achievements, tho you will still need to replay few of them. Nothing special here but it was ok.

Приключения Джил, инженера, и Джона, владельца железнодорожной компании. Основной сюжет - за 50 дней отдать долг. Строим железную дорогу через всю карту, помогаем индейцам, боремся с бандитами, вот это всё. Так как нет достижений, связанных со временем прохождения уровней - почти все достижения можно получить за раз. Почти. Есть 2 гринд-достижения: мосты и сады. Ибо сделать всё, что надо для достижения, за одно прохождение сюжета - нельзя. И если садов останется чуть-чуть, то уровней с мостами придётся перепройти примерно 10. Или 10 раз один и тот же, или 10 разных по разу. Ну или комбинируя эти способы.

Fun resource management game. Actually a surprisingly high degree of difficulty to get 3 stars on every level first try. Lots of different gameplay mechanics, introduced at regular intervals to keep it interesting. 100% achievements and story completion in 8 hours, really good length. Recommend for the price point, no sale needed.

10h全成就通关 偶然发现的一款很冷门的小游戏，几乎没有什么人接触过，画风差和无汉化大概是火不起来的原因。 仔细玩下去会发现每一关设计的都很巧妙，合理搭配运用各种资源最终完成既定任务。有的修房子，有的建铁路，四五分钟一把。游戏完成度很高，可玩性拉满，上手快且难度适中，基本每一关仔细思考后都可以轻易三星，搭配游戏里提供的小游戏，这款游戏可以有更高的地位。 期待汉化拉一波人气

Fun point and click , Time management, resources management game to play. You are an engineer and are helping to build a railway through towns, but to do so you need to get wood, iron and food. And before your time is up, also look for the hidden owl on each level. On some levels you even have to deal with bandits, but its either build a sheriff hut and upgrade it (and you need gold) or on some other levels your partner deals with them. There is also a few bonus stages where you have to be really fast and shoot the pop up bandits and if you shoot the golden ducks , you get extra points.

Typical game of this type. I took my time and got 8 Hrs from it. It's worth the buy IMO but like always, it's better when on sale. It did work on my triple screen setup.

In this video I take a look at Golden Rails: Tales of the Wild West, a casual train tycoon resource management clicker game. In keeping with today’s theme of rail tycoon games I have a video of Alawar's latest casual game for you. It's a resource management clicker about a salt of the earth but nearly bankrupt rail tycoon who needs your help to revive his company and the local community to fend off the evil banks. It has all the quality we have come to expect of Alawars resource management clickers with a few nice differences. Firstly the resources aren't taken back to your base like most but instead you need to swipe your mouse cursor over them. It makes things a bit quicker but the game has made up for this faster collection with more tasks. There are also a few mini games scattered among the levels, I reached a shoot the ducks type one. I'm not sure if they are all a variation on the theme as I only reached one. Another nice feature is the hidden owl, there are hidden owls in some of the level and you need to find them and click on them to unlock them in the achievements section.
