A game that is difficult and boring

Personally, I think its a pretty good game. It is very hard and especially unfair at times but once you get the ball rolling it becomes incredibly satisfying. It only compounds as story events begin stringing together and you figure out level mechanics.

It's sad that cookie-cutter games like rogue-like, soul-like, and survivor-like are played by so many people, while unique, lyrical, and fun action games like this one don't get understood and are disappearing. It's sad that there are so many people who play the game for only a short amount of time and then write negative reviews like they understand everything, or click "helpful" on such reviews. The game reminds me of AMIGA and MEGA DRIVE era action games, like Heimdall (although it's not a pure action game...). I liked it so much that I bought it again on GOG and am playing it DRM-free to my heart's content.

В этой игре плохо всё. Не стоит внимания, даже если бы игра была бесплатной, т.к. вы так и так, тратили бы на неё своё время.

Honestly? This game leaves a lot to be desired. Unless you have a controller, the keybinding is clunky as hell. There's probably a better way to parry with the controller. I wouldn't know, and I'm not planning on playing long enough to find out. Unless you have the spear, you're SOL. Seriously, if you don't have a spear, don't bother.

Oslava hereze a pohanství, která místy sbíhá k čistému flagelantství. V jádru je totiž hra šíleně nenápaditou, opakující se mlátičkou, která svůj původně ambiciózní koncept nedotáhla do konce. A tak musela uměle zvýšit obtížnost a úspěch hráče částečně svěřit náhodě. Kvůli tomu je hra silně neférová a s radostí s hráčem ustavičně vytírá podlahu. Existují však lidé, kteří nacházejí v sebemrskačství zálibu (já), a těm po prvotní záplavě zlosti hra nabízí intenzivní atmosférický zážitek a chyby neodpouštějící hratelnost. Ve své frustraci, topornosti a nepříjemnosti tak nabízí cestu k duševnímu vykoupení. Amen.
