I simply love this game, I can't wait for the other game modes to come out. My friends and I use lots mind games when trying to keep at the top. Once you get a hang of the shield and dismount, we get a lot of tense back and forth exchanges at the top. So much fun!!

TLDR: Early access doesn't provide much. Thought it was pricey. Needs more players because I couldn't find any to play with. Mainly just playing against computer. High Potential. Fun.

Barely a game.

Great party game. It's the kind of game where anyone can have fun. I consider myself a seasoned gamer, but I was still able to be beaten by my girlfriend who isn't really a gamer type. On the other end of spectrum I've seen some much better players than me almost dance around the top of the mountain as they perfectly time their dismounts and charges. It's all about the timing.

Indulging in a four-player fest on the sofa is an absolute riot! Even my pint-sized progeny managed to oust me from my throne a few times. This game's a real hoot for the whole clan, yet it also exudes that electric "smash bros" vibe when you've got your mates round for a tipple or two. It's a cracking solo venture too, with those AI goats proving to be cunning adversaries, keeping you hooked for hours on end. Just like a finely brewed cuppa, GoatPunks is easy to pick up and get stuck into, yet it boasts layers of nuance and strategy that require a bit of time to truly savor. The array of power-ups inject a splash of creativity, while each goat struts its stuff with a unique set of skills and playstyle. It's a jolly good time experimenting to find your perfect caprine match. Now, let's tip our hats to the splendid level design! Each "mountain" boasts its own distinct flavor, and the attention to detail in the artwork is positively smashing. Personally, I've got a soft spot for the steam punk-inspired stage, what with its whirring cogs and precarious platforms, but goodness me, the lava-laden volcano level is a sight to behold as well!
