Go-Kart Racing 2

I bought the bundle because it was cheaper to buy both games than just the second one. I haven't actually even played the first one yet so I'm not sure how much of an update this one is. But here is my experience: Firstly, the graphics are pretty good. The lighting is nice and the textures, especially the race track, looks really nice. There appears to be a couple of camera views, the traditional behind the kart camera, and then the steering camera where you are in a first person position behind the steering wheel. I actually found it much more enjoyable to race from the perspective of the steering wheel rather than behind the go kart like most racing games. I started the career mode and found it nice and easy to start a new save file. The career screen is displayed with a lot of great information and stat tracking. I completed the first two races and found it to be quite enjoyable. The racing is pretty fun and the other competitors seem to have good knowledge of the racing line. They crash occasionally, but that just adds to the experience. I found the physics to be quite good, actually. On keyboard it's an ok experience, but when I plugged the controller in it was even better. For whatever reason the controller only works in the race though, kinda unfortunate but not the end of the world. So to conclude, really impressed with the career season mode. In depth stat tracking and keeping track of the standings is fun. I look forward to finishing it up and seeing what other features may yet to be discovered. I noticed a trials mode on the menu, not really sure what that is, but it seems like there's plenty of different modes for anyone who is looking for a deep variety. All in all, I recommend it. Like I said tho, I have no idea if this is a big improvement from the first one cause I haven't even played the Go Kart 1 from the bundle yet, but Go Kart 2 seems to be pretty good from my first playthrough.

This whole game is a vibe. Drifting around each corner feels like absolute perfection. No gimmicks, no stupid mario kart power ups but only realistic adrenaline kart racing. The handling is so smooth and responsive, every turn, every drift, every overtake feels real. If you’re into real kart racing and want something that feels as close as possible to the real deal, this game might be it.... and the graphics quality is superb. 8.5 out of 10

graphics are good, but the driving physics are bad. no hand break or drifting, and inconsistent cornering.

consigliato ottimo sequel, manca il multi online i programmatori dovrebbero implementarlo , ma per il resto gran bel gioco.
