Pretty fun little racing game ,worth it if you pay a few cents ,the achievements are quite easy as well!

The game is very fun. OK the handling isn´t the best and the AI is not very smart. But if you pick it up when it is at sale you get at least 10 or more minutes of fun for 39ct which is ok and i hope the devlopers will expand on it. Clear reccomendation when it is on sale but 4euros are just too much for a game with one kart and 3 tracks!

I played this game holding or tapping up arrows on the keyboard to accelerate and steering left and right with the opposite hand on a controller. You can change the color of your car but nothing else really. Go-Kart Racing is either an asset flip or a demo/homework project or both, and it shows. It's a simple, badly made go-kart racing game with only three tracks, simple models, bad graphics, bad gameplay and zero merit as a game for gamers. And I understand people might want to do game development projects at home to experience some of the aspects of game development that real game developers go through, but there's no excuse for dumping this garbage on Steam. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The developers didn't design the game for modern gaming PCs, as such the display resolution caps out at 1080p, a very low resolution that became mainstream back in 2006 and became obsolete when 4K entered the mainstream in 2014. The game simply won't look right on modern gaming displays due to this failure on the part of the developers. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 5 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from (over 9,000 completely free titles), the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. Go-Kart Racing is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.

Már nem tudom, hogy hogyan, de meg lett nekem ez a játék. Már régebbóta lapult a könyvtáramban, gondoltam most kipróbálom. Nos... 1. Az irányítás nem megváltoztatható. Szerencsére a nyilakkal is lehet nyomni, de ha kormánnyal akartam volna játszani, akkor nem tudtam volna. 2. Menet közben is hallatszik az, hogy a motor alapjáraton ketyeg. 3. AI-k a rajtnál és az egyenesben gyorsabbak, ami nem is gond, mert amúgy sem okosak és a kanyarokban simán előzöd őket és jobb gyorsabb kanyarvételekkel az egyenesekben kiegyenlítődik a különbség. 4. A 10/9 teljesítmény egy darab 10 körös versennyel teljesíthető. A 88 km/h-hoz kicsit gyakorolni kellett. 5. Nem lehet változtatni a kameraállást. Borzalmas, a pilótánk feje időnként kitakarja az előttünk haladót. 6. Az összes felbontás 16:9-re van optimalizálva. Nincs 4:3, pedig ezzel inkább a gyengébb gépű emberek játszanának. (már ha játszik ezzel valaki) 7. A grafikát nem fikáznám mondhatni elmegy egy ilyen játékhoz képest, ha a helyén kezeljük a dolgokat. Véleményem szerint ebből egy picit több időráfordítással egy jóval jobb játékot is kilehetett volna hozni. Pl jobb teljesítmények, a beállítások szerkeszthetősége már sokat dobott volna ezen. A felsorolt dolgok nagyjából alap dolgok, még akár a barro-nál is!
