About
Clock in to the most absurd contract shift of your life in Glorgo’s Microplastics Mine, a brilliant Y2k-themed, eccentric incremental resource manager that rattles the senses while you’re tasked with overseeing the small but mighty workforce under you who are sent into the alien mines to retrieve the precious microplastics your scheming boss desires.
Keep your wits about you as you dig further into the quarry, discovering not only more valuable minerals over time, but also the monsters that lurk within the depths in droves. Hire more of your delightfully expendable miners to harvest more microplastics, increase your operation with upgrades that help you meet your quarterly goals, and defeat the horrors that threaten to ruin your workflow. Watch as your miners grow, change and mutate before your very eyes during their exposure to the microplastics they’re surrounded by in both humorous and uniquely grotesque ways that make one ask the question of when is enough enough?
Or, well, that can wait until the next fiscal year at least. You’ve got a job to do, and there’s always more where they came from. Get to digging!

Dope ahh game made by dope ahh people
fun short game. Wish it was longer or had like several levels but still a good game if you just want to play something quick
incredible
I don't do this very often. 8ut here it feels warranted: this is a concept demo not a game. At first when the text popped up saying that a miner had mut8ed a plastic lim8 I was excited, 8ecause I thought this was only the 8egining like more short incremental games. I got extremely excited a8out researching mut8ions and crafting my workforce and then it just, didn't happen. The game continued on exactly as it had 8efore. Then the same thing happened when monsters were introduced. I got excited a8out equipping my miners with gear to protect them, or finding ways to get loot out of the monsters. Instead it just unlocked health and damage upgrades, you 8uy miners new to replace them as they die. Nothing else happened. Then when the miners were 100% plastic, the game just, threw a short cut scene in my face followed 8y credits. The concepts demoed here have insane flavor and gameplay potential. 8ut right now? That's all it is: potential. I don't mind that incremental games now sometimes have endings that take hours not months, 8ut this demo is less than a half an hour with what felt like less than 50 str8 forward single currency upgrades. It's difficult to st8 just how 8are 8ones and disappointing this is if this is considered this game in 1.0.
Game is pretty fun but just abruptly ends after about 20 min.
Short. Fun. Absolute banger of a soundtrack.
Oui
its a bit short but its fun
If you need to kill 16 minutes, then go ahead and play this one. It's that short. Can't really recommend it though. At least it was free?
