Yes, I played the heck out of this, worth the few bucks.
annoying
As someone who plays quite a few incremental games, I cannot recommend this one. For the type it was, the grind for me was too long. All the upgrades were too expensive for not enough payoff. There's no skill, you just have to grind the levels, wait die, and hope you have enough to buy an upgrade that won't do enough or alter gameplay enough to keep the game interesting. If it had been in the 2-5 hour range, I would have probably thought differently. I did appreciate the lack of having to click the mouse throughout most of the game compared to others in this category, but there were a few places where there should have been a 'hold mouse over a button for multiple upgrades.' Towards the top of the upgrade tree the game is able to be idle to a degree, but there's a long grind to get to the top (that does get a little shorter with several prestiges). Picked this up in the Hidden Gem Incrementals bundle and this was my least favorite of the bunch.
Just great!
Fun little game, but a bit grindy if you want all achievements.
A fun short incremental, with an interesting concept around making blobs grow and eventually pop. It contains most of what makes these types of games good: a short gameplay cycle, quick progression through a talent tree which has some variety and cute graphics. Perfect for when you want something mindless while you're watching something on the other monitor. If you like getting all the achievements, there's a post-endgame phase that can take up to 6h and could use some fine tuning. It starts super slow and forces you to replay the game 3 or 4 times before picking up to a truly silly finale where your stats are so boosted you can pretty much just idle and watch the numbers go up.
one of the better games in the nodebuster genre
I actually really liked this one. You probably will too, if you like stressful Tamagochi tycoon games (I did not Google to verify that this genre exists). Here is the general gameplay vibe: I love them. I need them
to die
. Feast on my blips,
thing
. I will make
you ♥♥♥♥
the coin.
No
cuteness will save you. I love you. I love you. I love you.
HATS
. It was a little jarring to find that, unlike what the Steam banner and icon suggest, this is not about mass-killing slimes in a field for cannibalised resources to make bigger slimes die. I thought this because the cursor looks like a missile and the slime is screaming for it's life. Just look at it. You'll see what I mean. You actually have to LOVE these slimes by FEEDING them BLIPS while expanding their size from SHEER GLUTTONY that the slime ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ EXPLODES and leaves a COIN that you can SPEND on HATS. HATS!
i saw it in a youtube vid it looked good and it was good, I wish there where more content to it it was quite short also after a while its gets automated so no playing just watching flonky takes over the game and then keeps upgrading, but overall it was fun i completed 100 in 3-4 days, i can see some people can just play for a day or two and call it a day, the end game is like Cash.inc or Adventure Capitalist where you just keep resiting the Games to get trophies
